I was so delighted with the quality of service and professionalism shown by Savannah! Both Savannah and Zack are two examples of what great customer service looks like!!! I am definitely looking forward to my next trip via RIC.
Cross Grain is the only other restaurant available (Market something had ads throughout the airport about their opening or whatever, but they were closed the entire time I was there). Back to Cross Grain, I went with the Nashville Chicken w/ Chips (fee if you want fries). I appreciate having the blue cheese, coleslaw and hot sauce in little containers, but why not just pour it all on the sandwich to begin with. A separate container for the chips was nice.
