They had an amazing display of ice cream cakes. Several different cakes with different decorations. They looked gorgeous and yummy. But, not the most welcoming of out of towners. We were given the weirdest looks I have ever received by young ladies and the register. We were in town for a soccer tournament. My husband had a WV hat on, son in full soccer uniform, our casual hoodies and jeans (no camo). I guess it gave it away that we were from out of state, lol. The food was good.
Ordered 2 Blizzards and they are supposed to flip upside down but just handed them out. They were a bit on the runny side.

This diary Queen was the best customer service I’ve ever had. My food was amazing, hot & fresh. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders basket with fries & a sweet tea. Their chicken tenders & fries were crispy & hot, just the way I LIKE IT. Their sweet tea is way better than McDonald’s. Had to go back & buy me another one. I ordered a Oreo & Brownie confection, & they offered me to heat up the brownie, never had it like that but worth trying because it was SOO GOOD. The young lady who took the order in drive-through was so polite & very helpful. She greeted me at the speaker & also greeted me at the window. Dairy Queen needs to hire more staff like her.

If you go into this restaurant, you won’t come back alive. The service is terrible when I ordered a salad I found pork in my salad, even though I told them I’m allergic to pork then after I got another salad, I found hairs inside of the salad. I tried to get a refund on my money, but then they just gave me sandwiches and did not refund my money. I had to wait two hours to get my sandwich and then right after that the convenience store Next to it suck’s Yeah, I tried to order my daughter a small sandwich that isn’t spicy. They gave her a spicy sandwich and then for my son I tried to give him a spicy sandwich, but then they gave him a normal sandwich after that, a bunch of drunk people were screaming and shouting all around the restaurant for no reason would not recommend never come here.
Kid-friendliness: So they don’t bother to give kids their right orders
