WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Been trying to call for over and hour for an online (delivery) order that was missing a lot of items and the food arrived LUKE WARM at best! Pancakes missing, no toast for ANY of the meals and there were no napkins or utensils we asked for and to slap us in the face, they DID include Pancake Syrup. Seriously?? DOOR DASH was NO Help either. Paid over $37 for BS! Requested a FULL refund.

F I COULD GIVE NO STATRS I WOULD! Ordered through doordash to save time, definitely not money. Ordered delivered on Time as usual. However ticket on the bag was right, food inside was ALL WRONG!!! Had to now drive to the restaurant and speak to the manager. (A woman) Told her what happened and she said oh the order for Sharon? (she already knew it was wrong) I said yes, she apologized and then handed me the right order, (which by now was ice cold) and said hear you go. I was speechless.. as i verified the new order it was wrong yet again. missing sausage, and this is after she checked the order. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY GIVE DENNYS A BAD REPUTATION!!! Where is the other manager and his wife? They were understanding, professional and accommodating. We need to get back to striving to be the Best in everything we do.

Superb. Though the diner was understaffed, those there were doing especially well. Service was understandably slow but the staff was quite agreeable and friendly toward all requests. The food was up to the usual, excellent Denny standards. I recommend patience and kindness in return for a good meal that you don't have to cook yourself. The return on that investment is worth it.

Absolutely horrible service. Stood at the hostess desk for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me standing there.Once seated it was another 10 minutes before anyone came over to take my order.1st and last time time I'll visit

Greeted upon entering. Made aware of someone will be with us. Waited on within second. Customer service excellent. Served in timely manner. Door was held open for us as we leaving and thanking us for coming and looking forward to our return. Forgot, the food was great ??!!! Thanking the Lord for being serve in spirit of excellence.

A great Denny's. Not our first visit, though it's been a while. Thoughtful staff. Clean. Great food. Replaced my eggs without my asking because the chef didn't like the way they originally turned out (they were fine!). Love this little diner. Thanks!

Disappointing this time. I had not been since way before Covid. Why did they not clean the restaurant top to bottom while the restaurants were close due to the pandemic. Woukd have been nice to use that time wisely to clean at the very least. Drops of water from condensation were overhead on the AC vent. I was glad it was not directly over the table. They were VERY short staffed. One cook/one server. It took a while for our food to arrive and was cool. No fault of nor blame to the cook, who was overloaded. A lot of people were in there. The server was fantastic. Her first week, but she kept up as best she could with a great attitude, and kept her patrons informed. Normally, Dennys is a favorite. We'll give it another chance for sure.
