Domino's NY 14" Pizza is missing 2". When I called to get it fixed, they called me a liar and wanted to argue with me and asked me to go to them to discuss it. I had it delivered, why would I drive to them. So I'll just post the pictures and let them speak for themselves. 14" pizza should be 14" not a 11-12" pizza in a 14" pizza box. Guy was rude and didn't let me speak with a manager. Waited 15 minutes on hold. Hopefully I get that refund or I'll dispute it.

Delivery drivers do not follow instructions for apartments. Drivers have left before we could come downstairs in time to get the pizza on multiple occasions. We missed the drivers call by one minute and they did not pick up our call back. Pizza is now taking forever because the driver left immediately and has to come back. Shameful service, drivers have no patience.

Was picking up an order for our club. Ready on time and great service from Malik (great smile and attitude made what had been a rather stressful day better!). Can't speak to the pizza as was just delivering to my club members, but parking lot is small and chaotic, so fair warning to be careful getting in and out.

I arrived at this location a bit early, and they were appalled. They were clearly upset that I arrived early, although I was perfectly fine waiting and gave them 0 attitude. The person who seemed to be in charge said "he can wait, don't make his food early" to the staff. I'm not sure why, I wasn't asking for special treatment, I was just in the area. They then served me the most undercooked pizza I've ever seen(see picture). That is the DOUGH, not cheese. Disgusting. If you don't want to work in customer service, don't. No one forced you to work there. Unfortunately, this is the typical experience at these types of places in 2025.

This probably the most awful store ngl. The service is so slow, even on a Monday night. I waited an hour for order to be made, just find out when I called the store they said delivery time is 1.5-2h. I wish their website reflects on the actual time of delivery because it said 30-40min est on there. I’d be damned if I didn’t pick up the phone and call the store lmao

I’m not sure what all these negative comments are doing here, but as someone who lives a block away and orders semi-frequently from this location only, I’m inclined to say it’s one of the best Dominoes in the entire chain. The staff does the best they can whether it’s busy or empty! Sometimes I’ve seen my order take exceptionally longer due to the volume of orders, but when it was ready I saw only 2 people working, not their fault whatsoever and it always tastes fantastic. In my time going (upwards of 2 years) I’ve had my order messed up only 3 times, exceptional work. To those who seek to bring down this stores rating because they didn’t want to wait, or rather couldn’t fathom something taking longer due to short staffing, I recommend you work there for a day to see how it feels first.

His personality gave off that he gives nothing about customers or orders . Like if you don't want to be at work dont come customers should not feel that they are a burden when WE PAY for food. Them chicken nuggets cut up i mean boneless chicken need an upgrade(yuck)# Remember where you are located in the MIDDLE OF VCU with students, staff , parents . I will stick with MARCOS . if could give 0 stars i would have.

ordered at 7:44. they called me at 8:30 and i didn’t see it so i called back a litter before 9pm. they told me it would take an hour before they could deliver it and i said it was ok. at 10:30 it was still not out for delivery so i called back just to ask how much longer. they said it would take at least 45 minutes and there was 3 orders in front of me. i said ok. at 12:45am it was still not out for delivery. i called them (15 minutes before they close.) they put me on hold to come up with a convent lie and told me the driver came back 40 minutes ago with the order and said he called me and no one answered when they called. i had no call and no one knocked on the door. i was in the living room too directly next to the window facing the front door and no one ever came to the door. they offered to remake it and send it out but i literally ordered 5 hours ago! why would i wanna wait another hour for you to deliver this pizza? why did yall lie and just not ask me to come pick it up from the start?

Worse experience ever! They told me my food was ready came in just for the them to tell me they was out of bacon and they didn’t even start my order. No sorry or nothing. Then dude lied and said he called me and I got no call. Then they proceeded to make other people foods after mine instead of rushing to make mine. Waited over an hour for ass pizza
