I ordered 1 large pizza and was handed 2 medium boxes. I told the cashier oh I ordered a large and she says this is a large. I opened up the first box and half of my large my pizza was folded to fit inside the box. They didn’t have large boxes which was not explained. Even if no large boxes, they could’ve made it look a lot better and explained it better. Took it home and pizza is so thin can’t even pick up a slice. Very disappointed by everything. wish I hadn’t ordered anything in the first place .

Food took two hours. Ordered 16 inch pizzas. 12 inch pizzas delivered, but packaged inside larger boxes to hide it. The bar was in hell, and yet here we are, limbo-ing with Beelzebub.

Tracking showed in quality check for over 30 minutes, then nothing. Called and they said we're shortstaffed-it's on the way. Still ended up waiting 45 minutes after it was done, nasty cold pizza arrived. Received an email apologizing and offering free medium pizza with 2 toppings lto make up. (Of course you have to order a minimum of $13 to get your free pizza). OK, try again, give them another chance...ordered New York style with pepperoni and steak, 2 sides of ranch, and chocolate cakes. Again with in quality check for over 30 minutes, and arrived 48 minutes after being done...but wait there's more- it's now 1030 at night, open the box and it's a regular crust, 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese, just to add insult they put only 1 ranch I paid for 2. Called to complain, no swearing or yelling, but he actually got pissed...at me for complaining. Asked for a Manager, her excuse was we're shortstaffed, I advised being shortstaffed doesn't cause wrong pizza, wrong toppings, and missing sauce, rudely said do you want your money back? Realizing she cannot grasp the concept of poor staff skills and obviously lacking management skills, I gave up and said yes. 3 to 5 days even for that, laughable. Trust me, when the chips are down, you cannot count on this location to handle the basics on what they're paid to do.

This location really is an disappointment, You can't get help from anyone that works at this location in addition to management. I work a few blocks down and we are not in the delivery zone. Then when we tried to place an order for pickup your constantly put on hold and you can not get help, employees are very rude short with you. The disappointing part of this was we never got lunch.
