Charlotte the GM, was very rude and incompetent. She used derogatory terms towards me all because she was overwhelmed with the lack of staff support. She misdelivered my order and went back to the other customers house to get it back and return it. She refused a refund or to even provide customer service to rectify the issue, when I expressed wanting a refund she called me a “black Muslim bi$(;” and called the cops.
