Charlotte the GM, was very rude and incompetent. She used derogatory terms towards me all because she was overwhelmed with the lack of staff support. She misdelivered my order and went back to the other customers house to get it back and return it. She refused a refund or to even provide customer service to rectify the issue, when I expressed wanting a refund she called me a “black Muslim bi$(;” and called the cops. They weren’t too pleased with her behavior and told me i could secretly record and shame her and the company publicly. ! What horrible service and interaction !!!!

I ordered mushrooms and bacon (I know, I'm gross) but they made a mistake and have me mushrooms and olives (which I feel like is much worse). It took them about an hour to remake it but it tasted great in the end. Definitely recommend checking everything BEFORE you drive off.

This is the WORST Domino's location. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You order online and it takes them triple the estimated time that the app shows you.

They won't pick up the phone either so if you want to cancel your order and get a refund, you'll have to drive to the restaurant and ask for it in person.

Ordered through doordash took forever to get picked up called several times no answer they just kept letting the phone ring
Delivery driver hasn't brought my food yet they are just sitting on a street not moving at all being slow mind u I live 5 minutes from this location
Not to happy and want my money back after not receiving my pizza

This is one of the worst locations ever if ordering at night. Night shift is lazy as hell and cancels your orders for no reason. Or they so backed up bc they’re too busy not working. Given them place too many chances. I hope they shut down.

!!!DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
Frequently cancels orders due to shortsaffing. Messes up orders, or takes them over an hour. This is the worst place I've ever tried to order from. I've tried and failed 4 times in the last two months to order anything from here - they cancelled my order twice and messed it up twice.

The estimated time for the food to be ready was between 10 and 15 minutes, an hour later and they haven't even started but that's not the worst part. The employee in here is coughing around uncovered dough, and sauce... Can't even cancel the order or get offered something for the inconvenience - that I wasn't told about. Don't pick this location especially if you're in a time crunch it's cost me to miss an entire birthday party waiting on 2 pizzas in the past, some employees are great but this happens way too often for it to be accidental. This is the only location I've ever seen charge money for the packs of Parmesan the other locations give out for free

Don’t trust the delivery times! Ordered with their app and it gave an estimated time of 20-30 minutes. The delivery driver didn’t show up until over an hour and a half later. Food was cold, cheese congealed. Parmesan bites were greasy and since they were cold the grease had congealed. We had to throw most of them out. The store emailed saying they’d done a bad job and asked me to order again - no discount or refund offered. Unbelievable. I’ll stick with Papa John’s.

Gave me the wrong pizza, even though the receipt was correct, the pizza wasn't. Cost me a lot of money. I couldn't correct it because it was too late to make it back before closing by the time I realized at my house. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PIZZAS! Don't trust receipt orders.

The pizza was basically good with the special price. The toppings are spread too thin to make this a regular spot. Where's the beef really🫢. But we will support these neighborhood restaurants hoping they show appreciation through a quality product. 🤔

I ordered two pizzas for my children and I guess because we got a special discount they just made our pizzas their least priority. I ordered chicken and spinach thin crust and it was cold as ice in 100 degree weather and missing cheese around the entire boarder. I ordered pepperoni and bacon but of course there was no sauce on my pizza. Since I got a discount, they proudly offered me a refund and didn’t care to remake the pizza. I even asked that they come get the old pizza but they insisted. So moral to the story, I will never order here again since we are forced to eat bad pizza.

I ordered a pizza through the app and was initially told it would take 30–45 minutes. At one point it said the driver was 9 minutes away—20 minutes later, still nothing. After waiting over an hour, I called the restaurant for an update and spoke with Alexis, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She said the driver was “on the way” and hung up on me.

Then—what a coincidence—I suddenly get a notification saying the delivery was complete. Complete?! No one showed up! I called back immediately, and of course, no one answered.

Later that night, I went to the store in person. I was told the driver rang the bell and no one answered. That is a blatant LIE—we have a Ring camera that records every bit of motion, and no one ever came to our door. They never even attempted delivery.

To make things worse, Alexis tried to offer me a “free pizza” as some kind of peace offering. As if that would make up for her rudeness, dishonesty, and complete lack of professionalism. I told her I didn’t want anything for free—I wanted competent service. Maybe if she wasn’t babysitting her child at work, she’d be able to do her job properly.

This location is a mess. Disorganized, disrespectful

I was very disappointed with the wings. I ordered bbq wings & it was just plain wings with bbq sauce drizzled over it. I ordered 1 large pizza & 1 medium, I received 2 mediums.
