My pizza was obviously carried sideways by the delivery driver. Might as well just spit in it. Is it that hard to carry a pizza flat? It’s just lazy & disrespectful. Especially when I’m tipping your drivers when I don’t have to.

My place is literally 4 driving minutes from these guys. I ordered 10 pizzas with drinks delivery instead of picking up so the drivers can make some $. It has been almost anhour and no Pizza. Forget this place.

Ordered a cheese pizza for my son and was delivered an hour later and was black and burnt, I tried to get a new pizza or a refund and they couldn’t even fix there mess up. I will NEVER eat there or order from there again, I’m extremely disappointed in the service and especially paying for a BURNT CHEESE PIZZA. I wish I could load a picture up on here of the burnt pizza they delivered

Never coming back. Worst Dominos I’ve ever been to. When I entered to pick up, I was ignored for a solid 5 minutes. There’s nothing wrong with making someone wait, as long as you say something like, “One moment, please.” or “I’ll be right with you.”Instead of saying this, the employee made eye contact with me and continued looking at her phone. When I was finally handed my pizza, the employee wouldn’t allow me to split my payment between two cards.

We called to ask the store if it was possible to tip our driver, Jordan (thank you for delivering our food quickly and hot), through cash app since there was a mix up. I thought my sister tipped on her card and she thought I tipped in cash, so we wanted to make sure he received a tip since he had already delivered our food. Instead of the manager being helpful he was extremely rude, and hung on me. I called back to get his name so I could leave a review and he continued to do the same, one time even pretending that he couldn’t hear me. When I would ask for his name he would reply “I’m not trying to argue with you.” I’m not sure how asking someone’s name is creating an argument. All of this could have been avoided had he simply answered my question in the beginning rather than having a nasty attitude. The unprofessionalism at this location displayed by management is extremely disappointing. This happened today at 8:23 pm on 2/15/24 and was concerning order #944.

I ordered hand tossed pizza. Guy with beard in store had loud music playing. I watched him move about the store, front and back. He never washed nor changed his gloves. When confronted and inquired. He was rude and disrespectful .

Parking: This evening I ordered curbside pick up. I checked in and turned on my hazard lights. NO ONE came to bring my order but 4 of them stood around doing nothing. I went inside and no one greeted me. Some guy came from the back and spoke. I asked him if they stop doing curbside after a certain time. He said no and told me I didn't check in. I said my number he then turned right around and got my pizza off the rack. UUUGGGHHHH NEVER AGAIN
Pizza arrived 2.5 hours after order was placed . Cold and very little toppings.

Worst customer service and horrible Domino's ever, we order online, and we wait and wait for the delivery almost an hour, so we went to the store to pick it up the , they didn't find it, telling them were it was. From the counter, we saw our order. Never again.
