I'm a pizza lover. It takes a lot to piss me off. This pizza was completely under cooked. It was still dough when we got it. Like the cuts they made were invisible at this point. I'm just really disappointed. We usually go to Carytown Domino's and although they don't deliver to us, it's worth the drive!

Taz is a horrible manager! I called in about a credit I should have had for a pizza and he said it’s not there and he can’t do anything but tell me to write review on google! Then I ask if I order wings can I mostly get flats seeing that last time they gave me mostly legs he said no I can give them assorted! I said but last time they were not assorted they were mostly legs and I don’t eat legs he said like he said he can do assorted!!! He is a terrible person to talk to if you had an issue with them previously!

Subpar service. I ordered pick up and I was asking the cook to make my toppings even twice and he wouldn’t listen. He told me to have a seat. My food came and the toppings were skimpy and they are stingy. Barely any tomatoes on my pizza. Some slices only had one tomato/pineapple,3 piecesof bacon on it. LOL So I had to spread the toppings around so all the slices had some toppings on it. I bought 3 pizzas for $25. I should at least get an even amount of toppings. This has happened before. $2 each for extra is insanity. I always have issues with dominos i’ll never come here again. ?

Pizza Hut doesn't use Mozzarella cheese. Domino's uses real Mozzarella cheese.
We have been ordering from this location for four years, always tipped well or over. For four. Years. Food has always been amazing.The last time we ordered, the employee delivers our pizza 2 hours after we order it - cold - which is fine we understand there were other deliveries, no big deal.Today we go to order and now it says that our address is no longer available for delivery?Interesting, considering it has been for the last I don’t even know how long. And we aren’t the only people who would order on our street either. I’m curious what the service area (yeah we aren’t new to this rodeo, and I really hope your manager reads this) is since we are less than 7 minutes away and we watched the delivery driver on the app go way farther than 10 minutes in the opposite direction into what the employee referred to as a “nicer area”.Anyways - that’s okay, we see you didn’t want to do your job and you don’t want our money. ✌️

I explained I was confused about why it said my order was delivered like ten minutes ago (I watched the tracker show it at my location) when there’s no pizza in sight (contactless order). Perhaps I made a gamble choosing contactless but customer service

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. We placed an order at this location and when we arrived we were told that it was "sent to the other Hull Street location" despite our order receipt showing this location. Upon arriving at the other location to check the staff there told us this location takes the pizzas for themselves and sends customers to the other location. Upon arriving back to this location, unfortunately that was what happened. They stole $50 worth of food from us, and looking at the other reviews, it seems like we aren't the first they've done this to. Beware.

It has been 2 hours since I ordered delivery and my pizza still has not come yet! I called the store twice and all I got from the store was them telling me that it’s “out for delivery”. I said that it’s been almost over 2 hours that I’ve been waiting and the representative hung up on me. Never ordering dominos again.

I waited 2 hours for my delivery and I was 1.8 miles away from the store. Good thing is I was waiting on other food to finish. Definitely don’t order from here altogether. Pizza was dry, barely had red sauce.
