Placed a order while at Kroger at 3:53 walked in at 4:10 and the guy acted like he didn’t know my order gave him my name phone number and he still didn’t see my order once he found it he then gave me the wrong pizza. Then after taking my money he didn’t want to put the change into my hand and laid it down on the counter then goes to make a new pizza and still was about to add the wrong ingredients. I had to ask him to wash his hands as they don’t use gloves and you just touched all of the dirty money. Sad his coworker told him to wash his hands. Won’t order here at this location ever again

Im never ordering dominos as long as i live in the delivery radius of this store extremely slow delivery and lukewarm pizza. Get papa johns at least they deliver in a timely manner.

Fashion Diva

I went to the Willow Lawn location today to pick up part of my delivery that I did not get. The girl with the green hair was helping 3 people in front of me. When it was my turn at the counter she walked away leaving me standing there. Didn’t acknowledge me(the only black customer at the time) not once. She went from helping the other 3 people to talking on the phone twice to making pizza and not once washed her hands.

Placed an order at 11:27am for scheduled delivery at 12:15. I did not get my food until 1:25. Food was cold and chicken bites was burnt. I called the store and asked what was taking so long for delivery and she said they only had one driver. Wasn't even apologetic or nothing. Just get dry and careless. Never again!!!

The food was almost an hour late, the pizza was soggy, they out my food by another persons door, and then forgot to deliver my drink. And all they could say was we’ll give you a credit. I would advise to NEVER order from this location.

Ordered delivery for a 27-37 minute window. After an hour I called and they were waiting on a driver to pick it up. In the wrong business if you can’t deliver pizza.

Waited almost two hours to pick up a stuffed crust pizza made with hand-tossed dough instead of the correct dough . I was looking forward to eating pizza, but I actually hate hand-tossed pizza! I wasted my time and money! 😞 ….And no icing for my cinnamon bites. Wow it was literally the manager that made my order. I assumed my order would be correct. I guess thats my fault for not checking!

Paid for extra parmesan and extra cheese, and all I got was bread. Being a big time fan of handmade pan pizza for the last 12 years, heartbreaking to move on from Dominos as almost all RVA branches stopped understanding what extra cheese and sauce actually mean.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have given them multiple chances and they consistently struggle. Bad quality, bad service.

I had a very similar experience to Maggie below, where they just didn’t deliver a pizza we ordered and didn’t contact us. It wasn’t until we called an hour later to see what was up that they told us they wouldn’t be able to deliver it because they didn’t have enough drivers.

Then most recently I sat in the parking lot for about 45 minutes waiting for curbside delivery. I called about 30 minutes into the wait and they told me they’d be right out with it. 15 minutes later I went in and the pizza (which was now cold) was sitting on the counter. They told me they had system issues, but I literally called them and told them I was in the parking lot.

Finally, I’ve had several instances where the quality was terrible. We got a pizza once that only filled up half the box because it was so misshapen. We also got an order of boneless chicken bites that mostly consisted of bread crumbs.

Anyway, all of this to say that you should not order from this place.

If I can leave no stars I will the gentlemen with a beard and glasses was very rude and not very helpful at all…… and he also told me there isn’t any manager that I can talk to. I was asking the gentlemen how can I redeem my points for the Parmesan bites since the app didn’t let me he was like I can’t help you with an attitude .:… this place has no customer service at all …….

The pizzas have gotten much better over the years and the sauce is really good. The latest special for any toppings and any size (limited depending on crust) for $9.99 is a really good deal.

Do better Dominoes! It’s already hard to wrap my head around $7 for 20 frozen tater tots so this is disappointing. This has been coming for this franchise unfortunately. Quality is decreasing with inflation. Hand in photo for scale.

Don't order within 3 hours of closing. My order sat in the tracker for an hour and then got cancelled 5 minutes before they closed. Was never contacted, tried calling but was ignored. I suppose the employees want to be left alone & not work on paid time.

Horrible experience. DO NOT buy Domino's. They charged us extra for a stuffed crust pizza and then did not deliver it because it actually does not exist. We paid extra for garlic sauce and they did not deliver that either. My children were extremely disappointed, but that is what Domino's stands for as a company: stealing your hard earned money and making children unhappy. Buy local, avoid Domino's.
