Sucks how much this location has declined. Listen, the pizza is good but the customer service will make you not want to come back. Trust.

I give 3 stars because it's not on all the employees,but when you come to this location just be careful with your cash and change,ok so I came in one night like I usually do when I get off from work and I placed an order and it came to $20.30 so I gave $20.35 to the employee that rung me up and so he asked me if I wanted my 5 cents, I said yes and so he than went to the back,when my order was ready he brought it up front to me and I asked him if I could get my 5 cents,he said I gave him the accurate amount and I gave him a nickel but I know what I gave him and mind you the the 35cents is still on the counter and he kept the dime.It wasn't all that serious because it was only 5 cents so I just let it go,the only thing I can think of is a drawer shortage but that's all you had to say,you didn't have to lie.

Hi. Ordered pizza and got the wrong pizza. I have tried to get ahold of them numerous times since then. Every time I call there’s an excuse why they can’t help me, like the manager isn’t available or they don’t answer the phone….then tonight I tried to call and was on hold for over 30 minutes, and when I finally get him on the phone, he says he can’t take my order even though it’s only 12:30…. I think at this point yall should compensate me in some way. When I call I’m always kind and tip well. Dude tonight was hostile. Need a refund at the very least.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! My wife and I ordered a pizza several Friday evenings ago. The pizza was over an hour late. When my wife contacted the store the manager Donald was extremely rude to her on the phone. He also hung up on here when she was just trying to find out when the pizza would arrive. After the pizza still did not arrive, I called the store and spoke to Donald. He was also extremely rude to me and also… hung up on me… The pizza finally arrived after an hour and forty minutes after the order was placed. The pizza arrived cold and slid in a pile on one side of the box. I contacted the corporate offices multiple times to make a complaint. They did issue me a case number but after multiple emails and messages they have never followed up on my case. I HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this store. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service as well as the quality of the food when it finally arrives.

Ordered at 4:41pm and received the pizza finally at 7pm. I even called twice, the first time I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and had to hang up. Then I called back and spoke to a manager who said I would be getting a $25 refund because the delivery was late, which I never received. This is the second time I ordered at this location and the delivery was later than what they “advertise”. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered pizza and wings at 11:38pm ! I was directly across the street 3 mins away at a hotel being that I was from out of town I didn’t know that until my order said it was 48 mins away ! It got delivered at 1:14am Not only was it delivered at 1:14am it looked like the delivery driver took his big FOOT AND STOMPED ON THE PIZZA AND I STILL TIPPED THEM !!! THE PIZZA WAS SMUSHED THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THEN THEY CALLED AND ASKED DID I WANT NEW FOOD AT 2am !! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION NO PHOTOS IT WENT TO THE TRASH

Service is very poor, ordered last night 11/26 and they left my pizza at the wrong house. Called and explained the problem and the guy working at the night shift had an attitude and made it seem like it was my fault that the driver delivered it at the wrong house. FIRE the manager and hire new staff, they are not good at their jobs.
Ordered at 9pm told me it would be ready in 10min didn't make my pizza till I arrived, then messed up my pizza also the guy making my pizza was playing with toppings. General Manager Donald who made my pizza again at 9:50 I kept repeating the toppings and still did not add extra sauce and told him make lite cheese was not alot of orders and still messed up my order, went home my wife didn't like how the pizza looked returned it and Donald told me he couldn't refund a pizza that was toke to long because after I payed toke him 50min to get my pizza out, then he told me to make my order at another location and he would speak with them it's no problem, the other location told me they don't know what he is talking about after I drove another 18min and then tells me I can drive back to get my refund I told him why he didn't just do that from the beginning and he hung up on me when I explained it's been almost 2hrs from my order at 9am

Stay away from this place. Manager was extremely rude. I went there with on a beautiful Friday, with a great attitude and out of nowhere the manager started coursing. That was my first and last trip to dominos. I will never buy cheap pizza again.
