Placed an order and they cancelled it for absolutely no reason. Twice. This place sucks. Don't order from these guys. They suck.

We order pretty regularly from this location typically for dinner and it is pretty consistent. Honestly I would have given them 5 stars however on Saturday 1/17/26 I placed an ordered for 11:30am pickup. The website said the store opened at 10:00am. I arrived at noon not even checking if it was ready just assuming since I was running behind and had not had any issues in the past with it not being ready. To my surprise the lights were off and no one was there!!!!!! I have never encountered a situation like this with Dominos let alone any other establishment unless it’s like severe weather but it was a nice day. I’m not sure what happened but I watched several other customers perplexed as the walked up to the door and it was locked. You can imagine the confusion and frustration. To make matters worse I couldn’t get anybody on the phone at corporate to see what happened. Never received acknowledgment for never receiving the order. Nothing! I tried calling another dominos location to order couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This definitely makes me think twice about future orders. Thank goodness I did cash as payment because who knows how long for a refund. I never even got an email saying the order was cancelled . It’s like it never happened and business as usual for them. So unfortunate because we were loyal customers.

Placed on online order at 11 AM that continuously said was being made on the online tracker. Kept pushing delivery time back by hours. My husband called, the phone kept ringing, he then drove to the store and the lights were off and the door was locked. No signs posted anywhere that they were closed. The online order was eventually cancelled, but I had disappointed kids who settled for frozen pizza instead of the treat of having delivery. Will not order from this location again.

we love dominos. this was my first time ordering from this location. i dont know if they were having a bad night but ive never received food from dominos like this. i ordered wings and they were dry, absolutely no sauce on them which is ridiculous because im paying for this. the pizza wasnt cut properly which it was just falling apart every piece we took.

I placed an order online and it gave me a delivery time an hour later, which was fine. But then it became 2 hrs and there was no way to contact the store. I called and sat on hold for 15 min with no answer. Contacted customer service. Will have to drive to the store to demand refund at this point. will never order from them again.

This is the worst Domino's I have ever dealt with. I have given this location so many chances, but every time I am disappointed. There is a clear lack of leadership from ANYONE. I have no idea who is a crew member and who is a manager. There is no delegation or organization. The employees are rude and sarcastic. There will be 8 employees behind the counter yet they will let the phone ring non-stop. I can't remember the last time I ordered from here and my order was correct. Always missing something... a topping (or two), a sauce, a drink, a whole menu item... The tracker is never anywhere near the estimated ready time. I have waited for over 40 minutes past the estimated time on multiple occasions. Get it together!

I wish I can share a photo but we ordered a pizza tonight medium cheese and all we got
was tomato sauce on pizza crust with no cheese..I was so disappointed I hope dominio can reimburse cause who forgot to put cheese 😭

By far the worst Dominos in the area. Stay clear. Pizza’s are never ready anywhere near on time and quality is always terrible.

What a waste. Going on 90 minutes since ordered on a Tuesday and 25 minutes since the driver supposedly left the store with my order. This pizza will be cold and disgusting.

Too bad I can’t award negative stars.

Placed order on line. The 10.92 amount was withdrawn from my account. They had no record of my order. Did not offer to fix problem.

This location continues to disappoint. Typically it runs a little late- we’ve come to expect it (45 mins-an hour). Last night I ordered at 4:40 knowing I had extra kids here to feed. Looking at the tracker- nothings moving- still in prep phase at 6pm! Try to call multiple times to cancel bc at that point, people are hungry. Nobody will pick up- even stay on and listened to the annoying hold talk for a while to see if they’d pick up, nope. At 6:20 when it’s still in “prep” phase, we order from someplace else. Twenty 10 minutes later, it’s in the next phases.
So disappointing that it took two hours, zero communication, zero way to contact them to cancel or ask about the order, and now I have a ton of pizza. IF we order Dominos, it’ll be another location.

If I can give them less than 0 I will do i ordered my pizza is take more than 30 minutes and it was wrong order and the lady was there she said she is the manger instead of she apologize she told me I don't have time to argue with you also refuse to give me her name and I asked for my refund she told me she did but I didn't receive my money back very bad everything please don't order there you will take forever with very disrespectful way
