The employees are so rude , I place a order online and it took more than a hour and when ask they could not find order and way they talk to my mom was so wrong .. need hire friendly people not rude

Placed our order 5 hours in advance to make sure the pizzas would be ready for our event. Arrived early, just in case. Bottom line is they didn't even start prepping them until after our scheduled pickup time. The place was not busy at all - there was only one other order on the board.
And, of course, they ran out of ingredients (onions) at 5pm.
This WILL be the last time we come here. Service is beyond terrible!

consistently slow deliveries and often the wrong food, this time they delivered to the entirety wrong house, not even a neighbors, after over an hour of waiting. i’d avoid this location in the future

Been ordering 6 pizzas every 6 weeks for a family gathering for 15 years. If you are lucky to get them to answer the phone you are lucky. Trying to order my usual and called to be told to busy for my order. This was 2:00

I don’t know if it’s just me but the past 4-5 times it’s ALWAYS something. I understand systems go down but i’ve watched 3 people get there order when they ordered after me. And at least everyone seemed apologetic but the girl at the counter was finally the last straw. Will never come back to this location again. You guys should change the name to Domino's 2 Hour Pizza Delivery.

Not even kidding, took them 2 whole hours to get a very simple pizza order to me. Not the first time either.

The apology is always a coupon for a free pizza...which you then try to use, only for the store to say they're arbitrarily not delivering right now and you can't have your free pizza. You've only got 1 month to use the coupon, so good luck finding a time when they have decided they are actually going to do some work. So basically they're sorry, not sorry. Great way to treat people.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Its our normal pizza order, estimator says within 45 minutes for delivery. ok great. It sits on prep for a long time, longer than normal. then it moves to bake etc. It never gets done. I call and they tell me its next to come out etc. Then it is done sitting at the store. I call again, its next to go out. after 115 minutes past the 45, I called and canceled. They still delivered it but weren't home, 132 minutes past estimated delivery time. It was the worst experience from dominos, ever experienced. Today ordered from another store much closer to my house, and picked it up my self. 20 year customer, quit dominos and changed providers.

The food was fine, average dominos experience. The food was quite late (approx 39 mins) but made correctly. not a lot of room so make sure if you order here to do it online or on the app. Also I can stress this enough make sure you check all the deals the app/website will attempt to trick you into paying more for a single pizza than a deal of 2.

Don’t waste your money. Delivery say 30-40 minutes. After an on hour tried calling the store the phone does not work just keeps playing a ad over and over. Tried calling customer care you don’t have one sent me to a AI text bot. After hour and a half I go up to the dominoes. Not greeted eventually associate recognize my presence along with the guy that walked in behind me tell us give him a minute. Note he was 1 of 3 people associates in there. Finally told him about me wanting to pick up order he called delivery person and told me she going to the apt now to make delivery. I left headed home I live 3-5 minutes away. Get there no one is there the driver didn’t show up until about 40 minutes later! No greeting gave me pizza and receipt I paid for it and still tipped. Pizza and wings not even hot barely lukewarm and then it won’t even good they barely put toppings on the pizza you would have thought I order a cheese pizza pizza felt soggy (for lack of better words). Close to 2 and half hours wait for nothing. Highly disappointed

Talked to my sister after she said she don’t even deal with domino no more because she had 2 delivery were 1 was cancelled and didn’t get a notification about it she called to check on the order and told her then but had to go up there in order to get a refund. 2nd delivery said 30 minutes but took close to 2 hours. Same location

Yall gotta do better ppl are paying their hard earned money in this economy just to be met with poor communication, poor customer service, poor tasting food. Poor, poor, poor.

Order cancelled due to long wait. Waited 30 mins after expected arrival time, then cancelled and ordered Chanellos. Chanellos has better pizza and better service, never ordering again. 0 stars actually.
