I’m updating my review because the past couple of months at this location have been great. It really feels like they’ve taken feedback to heart and have been making noticeable improvements week after week. My previous review was a bit harsh, but they’ve truly proven me wrong. The crew has been working like clockwork lately, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it.

I don't know what the problem is with this place giving extra cheese when I have paid for it. I three times now have received dry pizzas. This one girl did make a good pie. One time.

Ordered a Pepperoni NY style today 3pm and it was done suspiciously fast and we got a regular hand tossed peperoni pizza thats clearly been sitting for hours, they just gave us some shit that was done and sitting there. Management really needs to review this team. Garbage

If I could give 0 stars believe me I would! This place sucks. Always messes up my order. Floods my pizza with sauce. Never gives a real refund. Nothing from them. I have 25 dollars worth of refund tied to my phone number, but I can't even call them to use the money. They won't answer. Horrible pizza sauce and Horrible service. Takes over an hour to deliver on top of that

They will turn the phone's off until 5 or 6 pm I have called at 11:30 am they won't answer they have left notes in side my pizza box the note said don't order food from here again. if you do they would come to my house and set it on fire that was the last time I ordered food from that Domino's 8703 weat broad St richmond I so scared cause I see Domino's delivery drivers setting on the end of my street I think it's a street gand that runs that one place
They forgot the drink and the delivery man told me that he would bring it to me and he never showed up. I called the store and the manager, I don't know who attended to me, hung up on me and never answered my call again.

You notice how not one response from the Domino's Pizza itself or from the manager. I'm giving any feedback from the reviews saying that we're sorry about your bad pizza shows how much they care about their customers. The worst pizza ever. No wonder Domino's is failing

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! Super bad service. They hung up on the phone without even letting me talk. I want to know what type of manager is handling this damn store for where they talk to customers like this. I will be ordering from other stores from now on. I called and they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. I called from on another of my phone and when they answered I asked about why it was taking so long they complained about their delivery service taking along time and then THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE!!!! Cheap food is always like this, which is why from now gonna be ordering from Pappa John’s or Pizza Hut. At least I will have better service from them. NEVER EVER again will I order from this place again.
