Called in on an order that was taking longer than expected, employee who answered was very nice and explained the delay in the order. When the food arrived it was warm and the quality was great. After eating I noticed I was sent an email immediately sending me a free pizza for the wait time. I used to work as an AGM for years at papa johns and I was very impressed with the quality. It’s a Saturday night during rush hour of course it’s going to come a bit later than usual but...
I’m updating my review because the past couple of months at this location have been great. It really feels like they’ve taken feedback to heart and have been making noticeable improvements week after week. My previous review was a bit harsh, but they’ve truly proven me wrong. The crew has been working like clockwork lately, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it.
I was missing two veggies from pizza; still delicious, I ate it and enjoyed it!! I must recognize the manager (younger gentleman, tall, medium to long hair length) I am so impressed with his leadership skills; compliments to staff on a well.made order, welcoming delivery drivers back to the store; ensuring they have the complete delivery orders, all while completing carryout orders. Very impressed with the whole functionality of the team. Well done! I definitely will return.
