Pizza was awful and the Loaded Tots Philly Cheese Steak!! Both were overcooked and burnt around the edges. The loaded tots had hardly any steak! Never again

I ordered two pizzas and neither one was made correctly. They were both overcooked and very skimpy with the toppings. I had to drive out to this location twice and they offered nothing for my trouble, no apology , just a refund. You’re better off getting a frozen pizza.

It was Sunday and it's football season. They were swamped and there was two people working at the time I went in. I ordered 10 pizzas for my son's birthday. I did have to wait a little while. I don't know the girl's name but she was a blonde hair girl with a ponytail. She was very accommodating and very nice about the wait time and she was absolutely killing the game while training somebody at the same time. They were so swamped and she was just locked in and crushing it. And I appreciate everything she was doing even though some people canceled their orders because of wait times,she didn't let that get to her. She just powered through. Got my order. Still told me that she was very sorry about the Wait time. It didn't matter to me because seeing her work ethic and power through something like that while people are standing there, watching and waiting is a true hospitality hero. Grear job, You should be proud of yourself.

Since when does a cheesy bread come without marina?!? a classic! I asked for extra dipping sauce for pizza & bread. Zero delivered. Delivery driver said he would bring some back without hesitation. I called to confirm & manger told me he would have to charge me an additional 15$ for sauce that THEY FORGOT. Very shitty customer service I’ve spent over 8 hours driving today from south Florida. Zero hospitality here.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon ordered online like I usually do pizza was ready in a reasonable time I get back to my car open the pizza take two bites on the second bite I feel something hard in my mouth I’m pretty sure it was a chicken bone 1inch long and hard as a rock I go back in store and say hey this was on my pizza and at that point the manager walked over and told me that did not come off that pizza so not only did they put my life at risk but I was also judged and made out to be a liar in the end it was humiliating to be portrayed a liar when I only wanted my pizza remade nothing free I also have a dash cam video of me getting in my car and taking the bites and pulling the bone out my mouth his reasoning behind make on me out to be a liar is that bone wasn’t hot enough to come off the pizza please do not eat here and if you check your food though and through be very careful with kids I’ll post the footage soon just wanted this out there so In case someone else has this happen to them
