Terrible experience today with the manager at Dominos Pizza in Beulah, right off Hopkins Road in Richmond VA. Those in charge of this store should hire more staff members so that those taking the food orders & preparing the food aren't overwhelmed in an awful mood taking it out on customers over the phone. Very disappointed with the service considering the stores in NJ, and NY were always good to me, came down here and what a nasty attitude towards those bringing them business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Food was delicious and a good deal. Just wish salad had carrots instead of onions. One problem with the Alfredo. It did not have enough alfredo and chicken was added. Granddaughter prefers to have no chicken.

Never ordering from this domino's again! I called 4 times to let them know about my Tatertots that they saw with their own eyes were burned and put them in the box anyway to be delivered and no one answeredthe phone it just kept ringing and ringing.even if I wanted a refund i couldnt get it. The Pepperoni pizza did not come with marinara sauce. Very disapointing!!

I arrived at 4:10 pm on Friday, placed my order of 6 pizzas and a dessert, and I was back in my vehicle with the full order by 4:30 pm. Great service! This will be my new pizza place for a quick grab and go.

The last time there, they let me order a supreme pizza but waited until pick up to tell me no green peppers. Ok, fine but we get home, and the Supreme one only had pepperoni, sasauge and mushrooms. Like happen to the rest of the items? Yes, it was fresh, hot and good, but not what I paid for.
I hate that lately they are taking more than 1 hour to deliver the food. And they never answer the phone ?

Top 3 worst delivery experience ever! The order tracker said the food was delivered and the order was complete 35 minutes before it ever showed up. The food was soggy and the boxes where wet from the moisture of being in the pizza bag for way to long. Pizza looked like the day old stuff you left out on the kitchen counter when I got it. Absolutely horrible experience. Tried calling the store repeatedly for another half hour to talk to someone about the order once I received it and it was a constant busy tone. Kinda like they just took the phone off the ringer so they didn’t have to hear it. It wouldn’t surprise me, who want to answer the phone if ever order they sent out was as bad as mine.? Just shut down and let Pizza Hit handle the heavy lifting!?

My family is out at a softball tournament for my daughter and we wanted to order pizza for lunch. I remembered that Domino’s had a Pin feature that would allow me to have it delivered to my exact location. Downloaded the app, created a profile, ordered 2 pizzas and knots, paid, and gave a 20% tip. They made the pizza and it was about to be delivered. Then I got a call and was told I’m just outside their delivery area and they were canceling my order and refunding my money. I did not choose a location based on where I was. I used the Pin feature and it picked the store. Now it’s a half an hour later and I’m having to figure something else out. Plus I’ll have to wait 2-5 days to get my money back. When I tried to explain that I didn’t pick the store and I shouldn’t be the one dealing with the issue, they truly did not care at all. Not the slightest bit. Steer clear of this store, and likely Domino’s in general.

Had a coupon for half off a large pizza for carry out I believe. We live right down the street so that was not bad if you're craving some pizza. We ordered a large pan or deep dish pizza ( whatever dominoes calls it) with pepperoni, feta cheese, green peppers, and banana peppers for only $12,50. Not a bad price for dinner for two! It was satisfying and delicious. Love that they have feta cheese! Pizza was on time as promised and service was good when picking up the pizza!
