Domino's Pizza

I eat dominoes and am usually happy with it, but the pizza we ate last night was like eating card board and flavorless/no sauce, crust wasn't seasoned and the "bbq wings" were naked wings that someone had drizzled a tiny bit of BBQ sauce on. Place was dead when we went in.

Do NOT order from here! The first time I ordered, they called an hour later saying they have no delivery drivers, my only options being to pick it up or cancel the order. It was irritating considering it was very late at night (around 10-11pm), I went to pick it up regardless.

Yesterday was the second time I've ordered from this location, I ordered at 8:40 PM and was called around an hour later saying it will take like two hours for the food to come (so outrageous). I called another hour later and was rudely answered by an employee who asked for only my address then was put on a hold for 45 minutes. I called three more times after, and despite the frequent phone calls, no one picked up. I never got an update on my order and my food was never delivered. Spare yourself from ordering here and order at a different location instead.

Will not be ordering from this location again…I don’t know what it is when it comes to delivery but it’s awful…if you know there will be an issue as in no delivery driver or longer wait times at least get in contact with the customer…having to call to the store to check on my order to being told that wait is 90 mins or longer is unacceptable…never again.

Miles the manager is bad at his job, and the food always takes forever.

They closed the store for the night and just decided... not to deliver my order. Seriously?

Takeout is great, but delivery is weird. The pizza came to my neighborhood and alerted it was 1 min away, then it went back to the store and took a trip all around the city arriving an hour late, cold, and sad. Watching it galivant all around town on the app was frustrating. Will do pickup next time instead.

Insanity how terribly understaffed this domino's is... we waited an hour and then called for them to tell us it would take another 4 hours. Cleary they need to pay more and need better management.

Just never got my order. The app still says it’s on the way but it’s been 2 hours. I called the store after an hour and the manager “DM” said it’s still coming to me. I could tell he was just trying to get me to cancel the order so he’d be off the hook for not completing it. Guessing that’s why it still says it’s being delivered even though they closed an hour ago.

Weird behavior. Just be honest and tell me it’s too busy or whatever. Now I have no dinner.

i ordered a pizza at 8:30 pm. just a cheese pizza, nothing crazy. at around 9:30-9:45, i called a couple times to see if my pizza was on the way and no one picked up the phone. at 11, when there was still no pizza, but the tracker said it was done, i called again and still received no response. so i decided to go to the store and pick up the pizza if it really was ready. the door was locked (even tho they weren’t at closing time yet) and there was one guy who saw me outside and quite literally ran to the back to hide. after waiting outside the store for a few minutes the tracker suddenly said that the pizza was delivered. it wasn’t. i drove around the block one more time and saw the guy get in his car and drive away. i don’t understand why he chose to run away from me instead of just giving me a cheese pizza. it’s not that the order was even cancelled or anything, they just said it was delivered to scam me or something. what happened here??

Ordered a pizza and two litter .all the money I had and they forgot my 2 litter .called bk and manager said she would send on next order .this is the next day still no 2 litter and couldn't eat pizza without drink

Domino's has gotten very trifling.mr,my husband order from you guys a lot we waited from 8:00pmto 1:00am to receive our order which we already paid for online.then Everytime we call we get a different excuse I'm gonna call corporate because this has gotten outta had and something should be done about it I won't stop calling complaining to corporate till they do something

Owners can’t be bothered to staff the store, just pathetic

When they get it right they get it right. It's just that they get it wrong 8 times out of 10. This time it was never made and the reason given when I called after an hour waiting was they only have one driver and he rides a bike. I cancelled the order.
