Domino's Pizza

These poor guys... I ordered pick up. There was nowhere to add a tip when ordering. They had the pizzas made quickly. When I arrived, they were courteous and quick. I asked if I could tip, the gentleman looked stunned. He couldn't believe I wanted to tip, and said he was going to tell everyone in the back. I was happy to make someone's day, but I feel bad these guys must be so unappreciated that a $5 tip stunned them. And the pizza was awesome. 7yo boys devoured it happily 🙂

I ordered a pizza late at night, it took over an hour to prepare, then was never delivered. Now I'm trying to call and get a refund, but I'm met with an automated response repeating itself over and over. I've never had such a poor experience with dominos. Since delivery orders get placed here because of where I live, I no longer order delivery.

Do not order from this dominos, save yourself the headache.

I ordered a thin crust spinach feta pizza and some cheesy bread. I ordered for carryout, the app said it would be about 15 minutes, perfect, I'm about a 12 minute walk away. So by the time I get there my food should be close to done, but when I got there they had some mix up and my pizza wasn't ready yet, the worker (I feel bad for forgetting his name but he worked on 07/14 night and had glasses) apologized profusely and genuinely didnt want me to have to wait, that's no problem for me, I wanted to go by 7-11 anyways.
When I come back I have to wait like maybe 5 minutes more, he comes over to offer me a free soda too, something that never happens anymore when restaurants mess up. I really appreciate the service at this store, I don't really order dominos that much but this made me want to order more from this location.

P.S If you're waiting/eating there with kids, they have a chalk board, my roommate was having fun drawing on it while waiting lol, also the bathrooms/lobby are clean

order was cancelled not a problem, but when you call me up and ask if I can pick it up in 15 min and I get there in 22 min and haven't even started on my order and I have to go back to work, reason I asked for delivery reason why I needed to know when to pick it up cause I'm at work and I have to get back, so totally waisted my time, My tip is if your gonna cancel an order online don't call the customer back and say there order will be ready in 15 min and you get there in 22 min and it's still not done, it's the middle of the day and people are at work and you waist there time when you can't have there order complete on a call in or on this case a call too

Absolute garbage service. Called to ask if food was coming after waiting over an hour. FOOD NEVER CAME AND NOW THEY ARE CLOSED. I WANT A REFUND. DO NOT EAT HERE

I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and never had an issue but recently ordered from them and never received my order. Checked and my dominions app said that the order was complete. Called the store and notified them that my order was not complete and I was charged. The worker I spoke to looked into the situation and told me the driver came back with my order because they went to my door and was told no one ordered a pizza. My apartment complex has two separate buildings which is specified in my address. The driver went to the wrong location and instead of calling me they just said the delivery was completed and still charged me. I explained that there are two buildings and that I was even waiting down in the lobby and walked to both buildings looking for the driver. I was never apologized too and was made to seem as if it was my fault. I find it extremely rude and unprofessional. Accidents happen but when they do the responsible party should take accountability. The worker did say the driver was going to re-deliver my pizza but my over all experience was highly upsetting and sadly makes me not want to order from here again.
