My food is beaten and has a mold the the cashier is rude to everyone customer before us and the other employees we ordered 2 everything bagel but we got plain thank God we are out of this state and we will never come back again and my sister request a phone, but she got a knife. Nobody deserves to be yelled at through a drive-through window at 8:30 in the morning. I thought to myself maybe the lady was just having a bad day, but as I read the reviews it’s trend that people are just rude there. Just go down the street to Starbucks, that’s what I did

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Dunkin’ Donuts location was disappointing. The staff was very rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for placing an order. The service was slow and unprofessional—no greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question, the response was short and dismissive. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it honestly ruined the experience.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and decent service, and this location didn’t deliver. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d hope for from Dunkin’.

Whoever worked today 9/21/2025 around 10am both are very unprofessional. I ordered an iced latte and I think the girl making it didn’t realize I was in the store while she was “thinking out loud”. She loudly said and I quote “ I just realized I forgot to put the espresso in the drink. Oh well she’ll just come back then it’s just milk and ice”. I didn’t realize she meant my drink but when I got to the car it was obviously my drink but I had to be somewhere so I returned an hour later. The lack of decency and customer service is ridiculous. If you realized you made the drink the wrong way.. why not just remake it? You just leave it and want me to come back!? Why would I want to drink iced flavored milk? I came back and they still didn’t make it correctly and just left. I threw it away… just ridiculous. Won’t return to this location. Laziness. If you don’t want to work here I’m sure there’s plenty of others who want jobs!

I love stopping here but for some reason on Tuesdays they can't do Dunkalattes and sometimes they can't handle more than 5 people in line without feeling and looking overwhelmed. ☕🤔😊

I like this location a lot. I pass it when I travel for work normally, so I stop in, when I get the chance. The drinks are always on point & the food is always pretty good, along with the donuts. However, the last three or so days I've gone, everything has been right EXECPT for my food. I've been ordering the Chipotle Hashbrown wake up wraps, however every time I get them they don't have hashbrowns in them. I really should start checking my food before leaving the building at this point.
On top of the above, it seems like half the staff hate working there. For instance, I went in yesterday, ordered my usual, but got munchkins as well. However, after ordering them, the lady at the counter didn't get them for me. Instead, I stood there for about 10 - 15 minutes waiting for everything (As it was busy, which is fine), and I only got acknowledged by the person whom I assumed was the manager, apologizing for my wait and rolling his eyes when he noticed that the lady who took my order didn't get my munchkins as well.
Again, the location is nice, but maybe they need to train the employees a little more, or at least have a nice team building activity.

The girl that worked there didn't know what a cruller was🙄😒she need to be educated🤣😅😂they had no food ..they need to close down for real and everybody working there on their cellphones like they weren't at work.....wow....wont go back to that location anytime soon....
