Extremely slow drive thru. I was the 3rd car in line and took 20 mns to drive out. Staff seemed confused, I had to ask for a receipt, and a straw.Vegetarian options: Soy milk for one. I don't really eat at Dunkin, I barely get coffee at them. But I'm pretty sure I've seen turkey bacon on the menu, and no meat in donuts

Please do not go, worst service and junky type and lazy staff. Don’t attend the customer; and says not making anything fresh, all are frozen foods only. That’s why not many people go there. This location should be closed down. 0/5 rating.

The breakfast empanada was a nice change but the croissant sandwich was partially burnt (black not brown). Unfortunately I didn't notice until we had left.

Placed an online order, pull up and I'm told they have no more donuts and there's nothing they can do...no refund no alternatives. Give me a receipt and tell me to call when a manager is working.

Service was great good sausage breakfast sandwich x2 absolutely disgusting me and my partner just tried it when we got home and unfortunately had to throw it directly in the trash so gross. Bacon one was okay.

Super disappointed. I forgot to stop at my Dunkin near Woodlake and had to stop here. Place was filthy. I should have not even went in when I noticed five employees standing around and the parking lot looked like the aftermath at Woodstock. Give them the benefit of the doubt we went in any way. It really seemed to be a problem we were there to order doughnuts and coffee. They mumbled no smiles, never counted back my change and could not even say thank you. NEVER will I ever give back. Ohh and the other one by courthouse where the old Wendy's is is not any bit better. Look at my Dunkin app and see what I spend there in a month. I know what I'm talking about about. Nothing wrong with getting my coffee the way I like it a fresh donut or two and a smile. NOT at those two stores.

Friendly staff, but the boston cremes here are a joke. The custard only goes 1/4 the length of the donut! I recently discovered that publix makes their own donuts, and they mop the floor with Dunkin'

Staffs are very good here. When 2nd day I came I realized that Tara remembered my breakfast order...and I didn't have to mention again what I want. 1st day I had a request that " Please don't touch my food with any kind of meat when you make in ( because I am Muslim and only prefer halal meat)"...and The next day when I came I didn't need to mention. After that every day I came here. Thank you all of you guys and special thanks to Tara.
The main problem you have at this particular facility is a few unkempt guys with uncombed hair who act like young schoolgirls running their mouth instead of working won't ever go here again
