While at the store, I observed what appeared to be the manager (whose name tag read "Trisha") engaging in highly inappropriate behavior.
“Trisha” was openly belittling her staff members, using derogatory and offensive terms such as "retarded," "autistic," "slow," and "stupid" to describe her employees. This behavior was not only unprofessional but occurred in the presence of other customers, including myself. I Was so shocked and disgusted by what I heard, that I had to exit the building. Another Customer who heard the incident as well Spoke with me in the parking lot and said that they have been going to this location for a few months now and has noticed the manager does this often. This is not an isolated accident.
As an RBT for children with Autism, this was very disheartening to hear, as the use of such language, especially terms like "retarded," is completely unacceptable in today's society, where we strive for inclusivity and respect for all individuals, particularly those from marginalized groups. This kind of treatment is harmful and should not be tolerated in any professional environment.

Went through the drive thru for an app order. Very friendly staff, but the order was messed up and I was 10 minutes down the road before realizing that there was no egg on the bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. Thinking I maybe ordered the wrong thing I checked the receipt on the side of the bag. Nope! 1 of the 4 ingredients got missed on both mine and my son’s order. 🤔

Listen up, this location is PRICE GOUGING! Go to you app and select another location. You can pick the Midlo location or Florida locations. You will see a huge price difference. Not only are the employees RUDE (esp the manager) but the food is stale. I knew the prices were raised drastically but I thought it was just inflation. No, it’s greed! $3.99 for 10 ct munchkins elsewhere and $7.49 at this location. They are robbing their customers and it’s time we all stop shopping here.
I hit the drive thru on my way to work and asked if a specific beverage could be made without sugar. That was Okay'd and then they repeated what sugar free shot I wanted. I confirmed it and got my order. Upon inspection when I got to work I found that not only was it not able to be made sugar free but they also gave me regular flavor shot on top of that. Staff needs to be properly trained.

I placed an order with an offer for a free drink on the app, I got a notification asking to fill a survey about my experience at the location before I had even left my house. I assumed it was automatic with the order. When I got to the location, they said they didn’t have my order. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken out, but the woman in the drive through refused to give me my order. She told me to check why it didn’t go through but I know for a fact that it had gone through. She was rude and made me pay for my drink and didn’t even give me the right food.
