Store was clean. Food was as expected as any other Dunkin in this area. However, this review is not about the store or the food. It’s about an employee that was seemingly runnin the drive through cooking making drinks and checking the front counter by herself. She may not have been alone but she was rocking it as if she was. She was so polite and still made things promptly despite handling it all. To the manager, I would appreciate a follow up, To Brandi with an I, keep doing your thing. You are going places in this world.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg croissants and received 2 burnt, poorly sliced, bacon egg and cheese croissants. The price charged is higher than Burger King with lower quality. Do better, or enjoy the loss of business to the other two, way better, locations on Brook Road and Staples Mill (Debbie and her staff are awesome, at the Staples Mill location!)

Every time I get near a Dunkin Donuts, I crave, I mean literally can smell and taste, three items on their menu - XL Decaf coffee with Splenda and cream, the black pepper bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and omg… the snacking bacon (basically it is the pepper bacon sweetened with maple syrup/honey/brown sugar)…. I order the same thing every single week! If I could afford it, I’d get it daily! I’m going to learn how to make that bacon so I can have it at home whenever I want! Until then, I’ll be going through that drive-through line to get it!

The service at this place is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. We live nearby and visit often. The coffee is excellent, and the bagels are absolutely delicious. The manager, Billy, is warm, professional, and truly makes you feel at home.

I use to be a Starbucks girl but recently I visited this location since it’s close to my house, they remodeled and the place looks fabulous and the staff are super friendly. I have since added the app to my phone and they offer a lot of rewards and I’ve done several orders through the app and picked up in the drive-through and my order is always correct and the associate is always friendly.

This is my 4-5 time going to this location & always have a bad experience. Before all the “ Why do you keep going back? “ comments, let me explain. I go pick up my coworker before heading to work, it makes sense if I stop at this location because it’s closer to her house. & it closer to our job. The days I don’t go pick up my coworker I go to the one in brook rd, next to Walmart. They’re always so nice to me at that location, always get my order right on the first try. Now on the other hand, it’s always something new with this location. I went there this morning & wanted the $6 meal deal. The lady working DT told me they’re not doing that deal no more, that they had the $5 now. Okay, that’s fine, no, problem. I told her to give me that deal, she asked me, “ sausage or bacon “ I answered “ bacon “. Then she continues to asked me what i wanted in my coffee, told her what I wanted in my coffee. She cuts me off & tells me to come to the window to place my order because she couldn’t hear me. Went to the window & she tells me that what I wanted again in my coffee, then I told her to add me half a dozen of donuts. She tells me the order, handed me the box of donuts & my coffee. After she gave me everything I told her I also ordered the 2 bacon egg cheese wake up for the $5 meal deal. She’s like “ you didn’t mention you wanted the $5 meal deal. & I’m like “ yes I did. You clearly asked me if i wanted bacon or sausage. I told you I wanted bacon. “ .. She was completely rude afterwards. I told her to get me a manager, the manager came to the window & got my order right. I did mention to her that every time I come to this location I always get the wrong order. The manager was very helpful at the end.

2nd time receiving wet doughnuts as though the underside was sitting in water. Absolutely foul and will not return.
I wasn’t going to leave a review, until I had my own bad experience. This locations workers have an attitude problem. I asked for a latte and the worker Ahmad argued with me about there being whip cream on it and I had to look at him and say I get that, can I get it without it please? Got mad, cut me off as I was thanking him! On a side note he was speaking so quiet and mumbling I couldn’t hear him, i told my husband about this situation and he said that he had also had a very similar BAD interaction with the same worker. On a separate occasion my mom came in to get me doughnuts, she’s got a speech problem, anyways the workers helping her were trying to get her out of the store during operating hours. We live in the complex right next to this location. Safe to say we won’t come back. I’m not happy with this place. If you do come here just go through the drive thru, the works pitch a fit when you come inside.

I frequent this location often; mostly for coffee and it’s always delicious. Today I happened to order a donut via the app that they did not have in store. No biggie, ordered a different donut instead and noticed that they threw in a few munchkins for free! Customer service, even without them saying anything, is top tier at this location. Their kindness (and delish food) keeps me a regular!

Make sure your check your donuts before you leave. I needed 3 dozen donuts, and asked for a variety for each box because they were going to different places. After I left, I saw they only put two flavors per box! I had to mix them up myself to look like a variety. Totally unacceptable! However, the staff was very kind while I was in the store.
