stopped in for munchkins around 3:30 pm. Placed order, tried to pay, young lady refused payment say it's OK,I now understand why she was giving them away, dry, dry, dry, never had a hard, crispy donut before. very disappointing.Parking: no parking problems

Stopped by one early morning simply because it was one of the very few coffee spots open on the way to work when visiting downtown Richmond. I came away impressed enough to download the Dunkin' app and return every morning for the rest of my week here. The ambiance is unique, the staff are friendly, the place is always clean, and the non-donut food items are actually not that bad. The $3 coffee is already well-known to be decent, and the donuts are. . . well. . . donuts, so the app-exclusive deals that pair the coffee with discounted food items were worth having yet another app downloaded on your app-overloaded phone. I know it's a well-established east-coast thing, but I'm now looking forward to their west coast expansion so I can continue using the app at home!Wheelchair accessibility: It's not obvious at all how to get to the upper half-level to order your food other than stairs, but there's an elevator on the left side once you enter the store.

I haven’t been to a Dunkin in many years, but $5.55 for a small coffee and ? is wild. I get home to a lukewarm coffee without the cream I asked for. Dunkin use to have great tasting coffee, but I’ll just stick to coffee at home. The donut was just ok.

My order this morning was wrong - two items missing, and wrong bread on a sandwich. I did a second order to get the missing items, and some additional items, but again, an item I ordered was missing. Every item was on the receipts. The store got it wrong twice in a row. Not hard to get an order right. It's reeeeally not.

As a former New Englander, I was happy to hear a Dunkin location was opening up nearby, and I have not been dissapointed!I'm not going to review Dunkin as a chain (as you either love it or hate it, and it's too much of a nostalgic taste for me to be objective haha), but I've been multiple times and this location is excellent. The staff are incredibly kind, and even when I made a mistake that was 100% my fault (so embarrassing!), they were very kind and professional. If management knows what's good for them, they'll treat their staff at this location very well!Couldn't recommend this location more if you're craving the classic Dunkin' coffee (and treats, of course) taste.

This Dunkin' is great! The people are very nice and attentive. The service is always quick and the donuts are always fresh tasting. The building is clean.

Close to my office, downtown Richmond. Friendly and helpful employees. I did not see how it could be accessible to all. I stopped in for a donut, and the selection was good for me.
