I went through the drive thru on 3/23/2025 around 9am. After I was handed my donuts I put them in my passenger seat, I was putting my card back in my wallet and the gentleman working opened the door and starred at me. I said “sorry just getting my life together” he then responded “you are messing up my numbers” I said oh…..ok…..I have worked in customer service for yours and that is absolutely unacceptable. I have never had a positive experience with dunkin donuts and that confirmed I will never return.
They're usually pretty fast and always polite. If they get super busy they might forgot something but are quick to fix it.

I had the pleasure of being waited on by Shakyna, a lovely young woman with a dynamite communication style and a lot of charm and warmth. I seldom go to Dunkin but I'm looking forward to my next visit since discovering the personnel are so gracious!
