Absolute fever dream. Horrible experience. Just wanted a simple iced coffee. Waited in the drive through with no one else in it for about 5 minutes. I should’ve just left.

After no one responded I drove around to the front and went inside. There were two employees looking stressed and confused as they went about their tasks.

Two girls in the lobby were loudly complaining about “working their butts off here” and that “he’s power tripping…I HATE this place”…not sure who this was referring to but their tone was very loud and aggressive.

After I ordered the coffee, the employee had to ring me up on the drive thru kiosk for some reason (ironic considering) and not the front counter. He proceeded to get my order wrong, repeating it back to me three times and didn’t even know what sweeteners the store carried. (And again the guy was nice it more just seemed they like the staff needed some backup.)

Anyway, starts to pour the coffee out of the tap and it sputters and stops. He proceeds to pull out the entire container of coffee out from under the counter and pour it into my small cup. Spilling coffee on the counter and inadvertently pouring the coffee over his non gloved fingers and into my drink.

At this point, three more individuals walk into the store loudly talking to the same two girls from before. They all seemed to know each other. They struck up the loud “power tripping” conversation from before and the employee looked at me and said “don’t pay them any mind, it’s a management issue”

I was just so ready to leave I grabbed the coffee and quickly exited the store before a fight broke out.

Dunkin needs to overhaul this location and start over…absolute disgrace

I come here just about everyday ordering close to the same thing ever time. My sandwich has had the wrong kind of bacon, the wrong cheese and my espresso that I add to my coffee
(which you have to pay extra for) is almost always missing leaving my coffee disgustingly sweet. When a worker brings me my food they walk away immediately after not even wondering if I ordered food as well. There is a huge lack of communication and accountability in this establishment.

Went there at 5:40 am, got a donut, bagel sandwhich, jasbrowns and a coffee. Coffee was supposed to be hot instead it was cold and it wasn't even filled up. Both hashbrowns and sandwhich were burned. The hasbrowns not sure how many there is supposed to be but I got 4 in total. Pictures for reference, did eat one just to spit it out due to being burned. Oh and if you want a refund don't except them to answer the phones

Worlds slowest drive through. It took 12 minutes to get a 10 count of munchkins, which I was overcharged for, according to the menu outside ($3.99 vs $4.90). Then I was given incorrect change ($0.01 when I was supposed to receive $15.01). The young man was apologetic and kind, and did get my correct change. He said it was busy in there today…

This literally has to be THE SLOWEST Dunkin in America!!!! I frequent this location bc i pass it every morning on the way to work and i regret stopping here EVERYTIME! Employees seem nice, but i always have to wait AT LEAST 15min each time EVEN with a mobile order! Not sure if they are short staff or always in training, but what should be very convenient, turns inconvenient everytime !

yea,just don't eat here, sat in the drive through for a good 10 minutes and then came in, placed my order, watched them use many croissants and prioritize others, even trashed croissants before they realize i've been standing there for a while to then tell me they ran out of croissants i've done fast food..this was just sad and sorry..never coming back!

My food was burnt. I don’t understand how someone can burn a bagel, continue making the rest of a sandwich, and serve it to a customer.

My oder was taken then the girl walked off and didn't come back. Another person came to help but thought I was complaining about the food. I told her I ordered and paid but didn't get my food. She seemed overwhelmed because she said they didn't have an item but it was clearly right in the showcase. My order was completed. I felt sorry for her. I assumed she was new and the morning had been a lot.

Great and accommodating staff! There was an error with my mobile order and rather than kick me away they still made it happen and brought the order out to my car in under 3 minutes.
