Ordered a food order for my workplace only to have it all thrown together in the same bag haphazardly like one would think munchkins would go separate from classic donuts and baked goods but I guess not? Just throw a warmed croissant on the bottom of the bag then a donut and pour munchkins right on top so that everything is covered in everything and charge $25 for it!

Who im assuming is the manager by the way she was so rudely yelling at the workers, some albanian or middle eastern woman, is hella rude to the customers and the staff after my order was taken she let out a big huff and i watched her drop a bag of food and still hand it off to the customer. I got avocado toast and it was hard as a rock and not as big as it normally is at other dunkins. First and last time here. I feel so bad for the staff in this toxic work environment. That lady gotta go.

I ordered a simple chai latte with a shot of espresso and it was the worst one I've ever had. Even starbucks could've done better. Mine was bitter, burnt, and I could see plenty of coffee grounds floating in my drink.
Then there was the service. The lady who took my order was very curt and was asking me and other customers if we smelled something weird when we came in. Then, another worker stormed out of the back (unsure why) to go take a break but did it in a way that seemed like he was arguing with the lady. On top of all that, I saw the cashier at the register (he came out to take over for the lady who took my order) make someone wait to order while he finished texting.

They almost NEVER have someone up front and if they do its only one person and they wait soo long to ask what im here for I've seen people come back complaining about not having all their items me included they don't pick up the phone . So unprofessional 😔
