I ordered a simple chai latte with a shot of espresso and it was the worst one I've ever had. Even starbucks could've done better. Mine was bitter, burnt, and I could see plenty of coffee grounds floating in my drink.

Then there was the service. The lady who took my order was very curt and was asking me and other customers if we smelled something weird when we came in. Then, another worker stormed out of the back (unsure why) to go take a break but did it in a way that seemed like he was arguing with the lady. On top of all that, I saw the cashier at the register (he came out to take over for the lady who took my order) make someone wait to order while he finished texting.

The munchkins are so bad that even when you pick them up the cashier even warns you how bad they taste and sways you from buying it. Tried it anyway, they were right. Been here 5 times and w dissatisfaction every time.

They almost NEVER have someone up front and if they do its only one person and they wait soo long to ask what im here for I've seen people come back complaining about not having all their items me included they don't pick up the phone . So unprofessional 😔

I mobile order here allll the time and the baristas started knowing me by name! They always had my order at the front counter the moment they see me walk in :) the service is so great and super convenient

The lead here is always very vocal and inviting to paying customers. We did have a big issue when a homeless person was here before. They were not kind. It was sad to see. As a customer who frequents the store, I was just worried about the safety of the homeless person, as well as the people working and myself. However the next time I’ve visited it the manager and I spoke more and they service has gotten better. As well as the customer service the owner or the manager is very funny. Thanks for making my interesting matcha drinks!

I had one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life at this Dunkin’ Donuts. When I arrived, a manager was outside berating an employee right by the front door. Inside, there may have been three staff members on shift, but only one person was actually doing the work. The manager and another employee came inside but continued their argument rather than helping with customers. The oven timer started going off, and despite the first employee asking for someone to turn it off, neither the manager nor the other worker responded. I even repeated her request, but the manager just said, 'okay, one minute.' Finally, the overworked employee had to stop helping me to handle it herself. Once the manager stopped the berating, the second worker started complaining to the first employee right in front of me. I just wanted donuts, not drama! The lone employee handling everything deserves a raise and a promotion. The lack of professionalism from the manager and second employee was disappointing and left me vowing to never return.
