Ariana was so sweet and smiley! They made our visit really special and brightened my day! Donut was great and the chai latte was very good and sweet . I got the sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was pretty greasy so I wouldn’t get it again, but my boyfriend got the avocado toast and that was fantastic.

No matter what you order, it’ll end up just being a regular iced coffee or something without ice. Everything I order there taste nothing like drinks I get from over Dunkin’ donut franchises. Ordered on doordash at 6:27pm and was called and told that they won't be using the ovens and blender for frozen coffee because they don't want to dirty them, when they don't close until 8pm. I hate this location so much and will be emailing as many people as I can about this ? lazy lazy lazy.

Had such an awesome experience this morning! Had a hiccup with the app not registering the items I paid for already, but the manager jumped in and made it right! Soooo sweet.

I mobile ordered here with the intention of sitting in the dining area while doing some work only to wait 25 minutes for my order outside because there was only one employee working on free coffee Monday and they weren't letting anyone in. They're usually understaffed but never like this. I wish there was a way to tell this was happening before I ordered, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. Management needs serious help. You need at least 3 employees in the store at once.
I ordered online and when I got there, 30 people were standing outside. There was a sign on the door saying "mobile orders only" and the door was locked. There was only one employee working. He would come to the door, unlock it, ask for people's names in line (whoever he thought got there first), go back in the store and lock the door behind. Then he would take the time to make their orders and deliver them outside. I waited around for 15 minutes and then I left.This is completely unacceptable business practice and I don't understand why the doors were locked. They lost my business for life. If you do not have the employees to open your store, then close it. You don't operate it like that and leave people standing on the streets.

Worst service of my life. I ordered mobily at 1:58 pm and did not receive my food or drink until 2:30. After asking multiple times for any updates on my order (and seeing people who ordered after me get their items), I took it upon myself to get my drink before it melted while waiting for my food. Both workers were extremely rude when I was nothing but understanding. On top of that, the woman behind the counter sat my food on the mobile area very aggressively and did not have any reaction when I said "Thank You". Never coming here again.
