The employees are nice but understaffed. This location is always out of stock of many things, and never I repeat NEVER come here at a normal time if you are in the slightest semblance of a hurry. I got stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes last time I came at 830am

Nice people. Worst brown water I’ve ever tasted. Very difficult to get it corrected. Not sure how Dunkin’ has gotten a decent coffee reputation. Does no one ever try it black?
Today was the last time I will stop at this DD!!! First no greeting at the drive thru… “can I help you” no hello no welcome to DD can I help you and I’m 99% sure it was the manager. So I excused that and proceeded with my order.. medium caramel craze signature latte iced cold foam instead of whipped cream with an extra pump of brown sugar sweetener..ez!
You would have thought they were cooking mealsssss in there instead of making drinks! It didn’t happen today but they ask customers to pull up or pull back around and park in the parking lot and they will bring it out to you…oh and they will forget the straw so be ready for tht!
I pulled to the window and sat there and sat there anddddd sat there no one ever came to the window to get my money or even to say we will be right with you just sat there so long that i eventually pulled off.
At the end of the day food&drinks are too expensive these days to have to deal with crappy service.

If you come to this Dunkin they’ll mostly likely be 1. Out of something 2. Food will take you 15+ mins Do yourself a favor and hit a different Dunkin! Not worth the wait

We ordered food from here the other day and it legitimately tasted like bleach or cleaning chemicals. They need to stop using Dunkin’s cleaner and use soap and water. It’s disgusting.
