It's only getting 3 stars because we placed a mobile order and we were standing waiting for it and watched lady who was handling food cough on her gloved hand and then continue to touch the food... I have literally nothing else to say.
Brilliant move losing your two best long term employed people. I regularly stopped on my way to work not just for the donuts but for the two rockstar female managers and the quick conversation and customer service they provided.

Had a horrible experience.
I have recently been frequenting this location. I typically have a good experience even if a drink needs to be remade.
But the younger crowd who work there are rude and make no effort to fix your issue.
They act like you're the problem with wanting to have a drink made properly. Also there is a staff member who can not understand basic English. If a crew member can not understand how they made the drink wrong and be able to fix it as you explain it in very plain English, they should not be working there.
Sadly, I'm not sure I will return due to such poor treatment by the younger non-English-speaking staff.

Nothing like getting off after 12 hour shift and getting yelled at by the people working there that they are closed and and only doing mobile orders. Highly unprofessional don't open your store if you don't have the people. I Come here atleast once or twice a month probably will not be back.
Went for my favorite donut! The French Crueller. Delicious! I was so happy they had some.

I enjoy this Dunkin location very much, in fact it's my favorite one. The staff are always nice, they're quick to offer to replace or comp an order not made correctly; especially if you call and calmly relay an issue with an order. My wife has enjoyed this location for nearly a decade and introduced me to it a few years back. We look forward to our next visit!

These guys are on top of things. The manager and employees seem to have a great working environment and the place was clean and they are super fast, efficient, and polite. Best Dunkin experience I’ve ever had.

As a business who is reviewing another business I tKe it very seriously what I put down here.
I love Dunkin but the staff at this store especially the old lady working there is extremely rude. I went there for a week and spent roughly $120 and the last time I went I spent $30 and then I dared ask for a glass of water. And the old lady said it’s $.75 for the water I said what that s kinda crazy and she then took a cup and tossed it to me and yelled loud as I walked away “Why does everyone expect something for Free.” I then went fill my cup in the bathroom as she wouldn’t actually give me water.
Now saying that I expect thinks for free well yes my old lady I do expect a company where I just spent $30 and spent a lot of money that week that I would easily be given a glass of water and not have you be a stingy old lady.
I’m a life coach and I get it. I encountered a lot of people like this in my life who are older and have to continue working until the day they die and they are clearly very upset very unhappy. And take everything out on the world. Let’s be honest. She’s an old woman in her 70s and does not want to be working at this job and so she treats everyone like Trash and I’m sorry to say it, but that is my proper evaluation tell me I’m wrong. This woman was unbelievably rude and I hear that she’s been unbelievably rude with many other others. They just all haven’t posted. Even my stepfather told me how rude they were there, and he will be posting as well.
So if you want this location to be better, you need to fire an old
Who needs to retire and if she needs the money, then she needs to change her attitude and be a big girl and learn how to put on a smile for customers and not have that constant frown, which may not actually be a frown and may instead be just how she looks, but the point is, she just looks unhappy all the time and it’s very unwelcoming. I know Duncan just changed their brand, but you can change your brand all you want until you change your people. Nothing changes.
Dunkin you have failed at this store and you’re failing your customers with such people. That is my honest evaluation of this store! And I do not lie otherwise I’ll be putting my own business at risk and that would be not smart. And if anything I said, seems to be aggressive, rude disrespectful. I’m only throwing back at your company what you threw at mine because it was my company that was paying for my food.

I ordered breakfast sandwich and there was hair in the croissant. I went back and reorder sandwich they act like I put hair to my sandwich . They did gave new sandwich but never going back to this Dunkin donut

Enjoyed my normal go-to a good dose of some snack and bacon yum! Then try the brand new blueberry breeze with the lemonade large of course. Did not disappoint definitely recommend!

10/10 love this specific Dunkin. Especially how Trex kicks butt and is always working so hard. The employees here are so polite and helpful.
