I have been ordering large iced lattes from this location delivered through Uber Eats a few times a week for months now. A large iced latte is around $8, so when I was sent a medium, I called the store to complain and had to drive out to have them make me the size I ordered. Since then, the staff has been deliberately adding as much ice to the beverage as possible so I don’t receive much drink at all. This location has made hundreds of dollars off of me over the course of a few months, but I have learned that if you bring up a problem with their service, they will stare and whisper to each other in front of your face and retaliate using discrete methods to provide less product for the same amount of money. Since this retaliation, I plan to film myself unsealing the delivery bag, pouring the beverage through a strainer, and measuring the amount of ice I am given because I genuinely enjoy the Dunkin Donuts flavors of iced lattes and don’t deserve retaliation for demanding fair service.

I was about to give 0 stars because I didn't get to see Ben Affleck, but the service was great and I got my pink donut fix. But no one had even close to a Boston accent.
Kid-friendliness: Donuts have sugar. Kids love sugar. That's a no brainier. But staff asks they are supervised.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair so I always have a seat. Was easy to get around the store.

I go to this Dunkin at least once a week and The people are always helpful and nice but Mary Joe is my favorite she is so sweet and always smiling! I never knew MJ was Mary Joe until i saw her employee of the year frame on the wall and then asked her today is she Mary Joe and she said yes. That makes a lot of sense and makes me happy she got that title.

This was my go to Dunkin for many years when I commuted downtown. Recently stopped by on a Saturday morning and was disappointed. Prices much higher and I was charged 40 cents more for my egg cheese on croissant than the sign showed plus it was cold (cheese wasn't even slightly melted). Coffee is still excellent and the staff are still friendly, but not sure I'll be back.

Took my 4 yr old grandson here for a donut. Met the nicest employee MJ who was very nice to CJ. Gave him a balloon and a small car toy. Excellent customer service. Price was a little shocking though.

I go into this Dunkin quite a bit recently, because it’s close to home. There is an older woman who claims to be the manager, but I swear she needs an attitude adjustment.The last time I went in there, I told her I wanted a signature latte and she asked me if I wanted cream and milk in it. I asked her “I thought it already came with milk and I can modify if I want to?” And she said “no you have to add milk and sugar to the drinks otherwise they are plain” Turns out it was regular ol’ coffee and not the latte I wanted, but by the time I realized I was already home working for the day. That completely started my Monday off on the wrong foot (and it’s Monday, we all hate them)On that one interaction alone, she doesn’t know how to treat people. She makes someone feel so ignorant and small just because she herself doesn’t understand what someone is asking or saying. If this is how she treats customers, guests, whatever you’d like to call us, I can only imagine how the other employees at Dunkin feel having to work under this woman.Needless to say, I’m very upset and disappointed as I have never had this issue prior to that interaction. I’ve also never dealt with a woman who uses her “credentials” to make someone feel so utterly small and stupid. Miss “I’ve been a manager for 10 years and I’ve gotten manager of the month several times.” The way I literally scoffed. As an employee, I would hate to work under her. As a customer: she ruins my entire experience, every single time.

Drove to this location after my local Dunkin’ not having what I wanted in stock. Mary gave me such great customer service. She truly listened, repeated back my order and kept great conversation with me throughout. While I feel like my drink wasn’t filled fully because I added cold foam it tasted great overall. The donuts were a tad stale but not inedible. Will be returning here and hoping Mary is the cashier when I do. Honestly the only person I’ve had a positive customer experience with at this location in a while. Others have been short and mundane with me.
