I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts this morning! I stopped by around 6:45 AM, and everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Phillip, who made my coffee and provided excellent service, he was warm, friendly, and truly made my visit even better. It’s always great to start the day with not just great food, but also great customer service. Kudos to the team for keeping everything running smoothly. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been a DD customer over half a century. Were $1.00 a dozen when I became a customer. This store has VASTLY disappointed the last 4 -5 times there. No jelly in the jelly donut, day old, long wait then very limited choices. Last visit one customer being waited on, 2 employees not doing anything and after 5 minutes just giving up. MOST disappointing. NO DD from this store ANYMORE.

Pulled up to the drive thru behind one car as 2 of the employees came from the dumpster area running inside to serve customers. I asked for a large cold brew with 3 pumps butter pecan and 3 creams....which is less than the "standard amount" ans it came out white. It is so sweet it cannot be drank.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area, Do NOT spend your money here! After waiting 20 minutes behind two cars The older woman working the window brags to me that she’s been messing up orders all day and then gave me a plain bagel instead of everything… My 4 yr old can tell the difference between a plain and everything bagel. And the coffee was all creamer absolutely disgusting, I had to throw it out and go to Starbucks.

HAVE CALLED THIS PLACE 4X ..AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE OHONE CALLED BACK THE LAST TIME SOMEONE PICKS THE PHONE UP BUT DON'T SAY ANYTHING..LIKE DID THIS TO STOP IT FROM RINGING..WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WHOLE STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED..
One of the best DD experiences I have had in a LONG time. Staff was attentive & friendly. The restaurant was clean & clutter free, food was easy to access at pick-up location. Less than 5 mins from order to in my hand for a Bacon egg & cheese plain bagel. Manager Jonathan is doing an amazing job.

Every time I go to this location they are out of multiple things; they’re almost always out of almond milk for example. They “only have one working oven”, which is something they have told me multiple times, so I’m unsure why this hasn’t been fixed. For this reason, the breakfast items take forever and you’re better off driving further to another location to get your order faster.. very disappointing.
