I quit going to Starbucks and started coming to this specific Dunkin’ because of Tyrone at the cashier’s window. Tyrone is an absolute joy who is always looking to brighten someone’s day! He’s quick, efficient, and most importantly, he keeps me wanting to come back here. He is doing great things at this store! Give this man a raise!

If you aren’t going here already, what are you doing? Tyron specially lights up this entire atmosphere. He’s such a sweet and kind man. Everyone who works here is also very kind and they always get my order right!

The wifey and I were leaving Richmond on our way home to NC Sunday morning Dec 8, 2024, and we stopped in to grab some coffee. We were greeted by Tyrone and he was an absolute pleasure to speak with. DD give the man a raise and if you’re in the area stop in and see Tyrone, you won’t be disappointed.

They got my coffee order wrong, but the drive through attendant was hilarious and he struck up a conversation with me and my wife while we waited for our order to be ready. He was a really nice guy.

First the coffee was hot and good the service was not. The car in front of me apparently was known to who looked like he could be a manager. They chatted it up then must have fist bumped at least three different times holding up the line. When I finally get to the window once you were finished talking with the young girl in the car in front of me…I didn’t even get a greeting or an apology for the extended wait. I guess he was all talked out.

When I pulled up to the window in the drive thru, the first thing the person said to me was that the drink I ordered was the worst drink ever. Not a hello or how are you, just an insult.
