The quality of the food and drinks are always good. But, I did like the service I received in the mornings than I did in the late afternoon. Did use the drive-thru, the associate at the window was fine; it was the individual working with him. She might have beeN part of management, not sure. But she was short while I was placing my order, and didn't get my order completely right. I think I'll just go at a different time

Donut judge me for loving these cakey, dense circles of sweetness! Yes, I know there's a debate out there: cakey vs. yeasty but I'm team cakey all the way! I love the plain old fashioned donuts the best, but the chocolate glazed run a close second! I love the convenience of the drive thru on my way to work and enjoy grabbing a dozen or so for the office! And if I just want a pop of sugar to make it thru the day, I'll get a few donut holes!! For a quick breakfast, the egg wraps are on time! I typically order two (they are small) for a shot of protein that keeps me full of energy all morning! Everybody knows about their delicious beverages! The coffee is fresh, the hot chocolate is heart warming and the tea is tangy!! They offered other tasty treats too in the way of muffins, fritters, pastries, etc. Price point is fair, the inside eatery is bright, clean and cheerful, and the service is fast and friendly! Drive into Dunkin' for a hole lot of yumminess!

This store started out weak, grew to a reasonable location and now is awful. The manager today, when I asked for a buttered English Muffin, did not get what I order... even after repeating it. Then told me that I got an English Muffin. If you don't know what buttered means DONT work in the food industry. Please Dunkin Donuts stop hiring or promoting lazy incompetent managers. Also, have a way of allowing customers to contact corporate headquaters... your managers know they can be rude to customers when there is no way to hold them accountable. Will not go to Dunkin Donuts anytime soon.

This place is full of f****** bitches & Whores. I ordered caramel latte but they didn't add add caramel. When I called them asking why, they cut the phone without proper response. But I was charged for caramel latte. Those bitches didn't take the order properly, only chitchatting with other m*********** workers. When I asked why did you cut the phone, they said they are going to call the police. My money was wasted. Where are f*** I need to ask my justice???

I haven't been to DD in a while... probably cause When it comes to DD I still just think doughnuts. But the kid picked it for the doughnuts and we needed breakfast. Unfortunately it seems I got let down by a couple things here. Primarily the breakfast sandwiches we ordered were not hot! The cheese really wasn't melted much at all and the meat was barely warm. There wasn't a line so I don't know why they rushed it. I expected it to be as good as Burger King at LEAST! Failed... Quality control should be better. Other thing wasn't as big but why don't they have a condiments bar something like Starbucks? I thought they were who they were trying to compete with at the coffee game... smh. Do-it-yourselfers like me prefer Starbuck's approach. Oh well.

I've been to this location about 10 times in the past two months, and my experience has been hit or miss. I expect all Dunkin Donuts to be similar, but about half of the time I've ordered, something has been incorrect. My last three orders have all had something wrong with them - either a regular coffee without my flavored syrup in it, or giving me a hot bagel with cream cheese when I ordered a plain, untoasted bagel with nothing on it. The service has been fine. I've waited in the drive-thru for a little longer than usual on most days, but the workers have been friendly. I just wish my orders would be correct each time I visit, so that I am not wasting my money. Update: After filling out the survey they give you with your receipt, I was contacted by someone from their local corporate office. I was given an apology and was told they would send me a gift card, which I greatly appreciated. In the mail a few days later, I received a coupon that was expiring in 3 days and a gift card that had a balance of $0.00. I contacted them and explained, and they said they would send another, but that never happened.
I wanted to leave a review because I have read a lot of negative reviews & it made me hesitant to try it. I stopped this morning to pick up some donuts (it was a snow day & I REALLY wanted a donut). It was actually quite busy but I was served quickly. I got a variety of donuts & they were fresh & delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I'm glad I finally decided to stop.

I've been coming to this location about 1-3 times a week since they opened for their iced macchiatos. I've never had my order messed up, it's fast service, and it's always a friendly experience!

Already going downhill quickly. What started as a great experience the first few weeks, for me has stopped me from going here regularly. The big smiles and happiness to be serving the customer-attitudes have turned into quite the opposite as of late. The younger workers there don't seem very thrilled to be there. The last 3 times I've gone they were out of the donuts I wanted (not very uncommon donuts either - pumpkin, old fashioned and glazed - mind you, this was the afternoon). Hash browns were cold. And last time my wife wanted a frozen drink their "machine was down". It always seems to be something here every time. If they arent out of something, it's poor or slow service, if it's not poor service, a machine is not working. I guess maybe they do less volume here so can't keep so much in stock and I can appreciate that. If it happened once or twice, I'd probably not even mention it but I sure wish they'd go back to how things were week 1.
