Shout out to Bruna who was a complete angel when I didn’t know which drinks were dairy free. I don’t frequent DD so I was unsure of the menu. She was so kind, had the biggest smile and helped me find a drink I could have. Great service. Thank you!

Update..When did we start charging 75 cents for a small water? I get paying something for the cup and straw and the worker carrying the cup and handing it out the window… but cmon yall.Always a great place! They have always given fast and friendly service.

This can be a very busy Dunkin which is why you can’t go here expecting super fast check out. They do their best for how popular a location they are. The staff are always amazing and the place is always clean. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin in the area.

My favorite location!!! I have been coming here for years and love love love their coffee. I've seen a lot of employees and managers come and go over the years but they all know how to make some good coffee and are so polite. I enjoy coming here to get my iced coffee and sour cream donut :)

We avoid most fast food restaurants for numerous negative reasons. We decided to try this Duncan but did not expect much other than great coffee. Very surprised that the service was exceptional, the food was great, the store was clean, our order was complete and the server was polite, dedicated to please and properly trained. We will eat here regularly and excited to learn they sell breakfast sandwiches all day!!!

I was just visiting town and stopped in for a coffee. The staff were very nice, polite and professional. It was also a training named Grace who has great potential whatever she does. That's my official opinion after a 15-minute visit! :-)

Even though this Dunkin is the closest to my house, I'm done. How is it that literally every single employee seems to have a massive chip on their shoulder? I get it, you hate your job or your boss or the world or whatever. But you ARE getting paid to do a job and part of that job is customer service. I never have complicated orders. I always say please and thank you. But every employee is so incredibly rude as if I just ruined their day by making them do their job. I'm usually there two or three times a week because I work from home and like going for an afternoon latte, but I'll just drive to the Dunkin on Patterson or go to Starbucks from now on.
