General Tsos chicken was too crunchy and over cooked . It was also tangy and its supposed to taste sweet and spicy . By far the worst restaurant I’ve encountered. Waste of money

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS IN THIS PLACE!!! On 10/19/2025, purchased large shrimp egg foo young. ALL the patties were burnt and there were only TWO small mushy shrimp in each patties!!! Also purchased shrimp and broccoli. The shrimp were so mushy and tasteless!!! The broccoli was barely cooked so if was way too tough!!! The two shrimp egg rolls also only had TWO small mushy shrimp!!!! I'm absolutely disgusted that I paid over $32.00 for this crappy tasteless food! Also, the serving size of all the food has gone down. If I'm paying for a large size, I shouldn't be getting the lunch size!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! :(

I got my usual Kung Pao Chicken, but they must have a new cook making it. For the first time I got breaded chicken in it, and the veggies were slightly different. I like the chicken without breading and the veggies cut larger.
20 years of ordering here and it never misses! Singapore noodles very flavorful, spicy, a lot of meat & veggies. Egg rolls not skimpy at all. Always hot & ready. Very kind employees & family.

Food was fair. Asked for no broccoli but had broccoli. Sesame chicken was really dry. Egg rolls are good. Would not recommend overall though.
I have never walked away unhappy with any purchase here at Easterns. With that said always greeted with a smile and the food matches the service.

These people just stole 38 dollars from me after telling me 3 different times my food was paid for and was on the way in 45 mins then kept calling back saying card declined when I called my card money is off of it now they not trying to give me my food or money

It has been a while and I should checked reviews. Garlic wings were dehydrated appearing, Egg foo yung gravy watery. What happened to the favor and quality of the food? Shoe string fries were size of child’s laces.

Very best Americanized Chinese food in the area - highly recommend the Te Chien Chicken, Pork Egg Rolls and any of the Shrimp dishes! The only downside is they no longer deliver to our address....but we make the trip to pick up now!
