It's always busy and most times a wait, but only because of It's popularity among the community. People from all over drive to come here. The staff all work together in such a way it runs smooth! Each person helps the other and the vibe is friendly and the food is southern home-cooked goodness with options to shake it up! I try something new each time and have never been disappointed! Today was a tuna melt which I switched out the fries for their braised cabbage! They are always willing to make sure each person enjoys their meal!

I read so many great reviews that I stopped in for breakfast on a weekday morning, getting there soon after they opened for the day. They were pretty busy, which helps to validate how popular this place is. The server explained that everything is made fresh, in-house for all the various dishes they serve. She also told me that one of her breakfast favs was the Glenside, a bologna, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich… So, I ordered one. She explained that they have logs of bologna which they slice off to order and grill, so I asked her to have them make it a little well-done, as I prefer a little char on my fried bologna. I also had them add jalapenos to it.
For a side dish, I got a single biscuit with their sausage gravy on it. The sausage gravy was great! Nice herbal flavors to it and a nice texture. The biscuit was fluffy and perfect! The sandwich was excellent! I really enjoyed every bite and definitely enjoyed the amazing bun it came on.
Definitely would return and highly recommend stopping in!!

Glad I stopped by for lunch. Seemed super packed from the outside but they seated us quickly and got us our food quick too. This is a cute place, affordable, and good food. Will definitely be back!
This neighborhood restaurant is a definite go to.They close at two p m and serve a breakfast.Slash brunch menu that is delicious. The first time I came was when I picked my son up from the train station and we had the dog with us.And I wanted some place that had a patio. They accommodated my dog gave him a bowl for water and were very nice to him. The food was delicious, and I had to go back another time. This time it was during a brunch break from work.. Both times the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a cozy place, so there's not a lot of seating.And they have a small bar area. They have fried beef bologna, which is hard to find in a restaurant. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely go back again.

Initially, when I saw the line and the chaos going on in didn't think it was gonna be good at all. To me it was calamity, and as time went on I realized it was normalcy. The food was DEFINITELY worth the wait! Portions and price were spot on! Other patrons were jolly and inviting. Not overbearing, just polite. It seems this is a very clicky restaurant if you know somebody then everything's good. We waited 45 minutes for our lunch. My soup was delicious I won't say it wasn't but everybody else's was okay. Trying to get an extra drink was like pulling teeth so I think the service was pretty bad but like I said if you're in the click you got it made I won't be going back there this is my second time and this is worse than the first time
