Excellent service. On time. Beautiful product. Ridd was most helpful and she is very cheerful. Would highly recommend them and plan to use them often in the future!!
Walked in and ordered a birthday surprise and 10 minutes later left amazed.
We called ahead to see if there was anything premade that we could grab and go to take to someone in a nursing home. We were assured that this location could accommodate us. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and all of our needs were met in a timely fashion and with kind words and a smile! We strongly recommend this Edible Arrangement location on 3 Chopt Rd. You won’t be disappointed.

Not a good experience for picking up for Mother’s Day gave phone number and confirmation still had trouble after several times repeating phone number and name. Hopefully next time be a batter experience. Remind you I called ahead to make sure it was ready.
Came in last minute on Mother’s Day and had a wide assortment of edible arrangements. Attendant was very courteous, patient, and helpful. Was able to customize to my needs.

I visited one of Edible’s store in Richmond. The customer service was awesome. The young man was very helpful. He took the time to show me the customer ordering book and help me select a great thank you gift for my dear friend. I really appreciate his help. Great job!

I picked up some birthday ballloons they were so pretty but, they didn't last long, they went down the next day. I wish they were made to last at least 3 months. The lady at the front desk was very kind & already had my order ready.
I had to get something last minute and they did a great job getting me in there tight schedule, I am very pleased and will be using them again soon
Beautiful arrangement! Great service! I came last minute so they can add a vase to my arrangement and they already had it finished and changed my vase.
