Beware. I ordered an arrangement for family with a balloon. The balloon was not delivered and I was told I would be refunded. Well I wasn't. I called twice. I was sent a fake receipt with the cost changed but nothing was posted to my bank account. Beware of the fraud.
Leesa was extremely helpful I was having trouble placing a large order online and she took the time to help me place the orders manually. This location has the best fruit in Richmond. Highly recommend and will be shopping here again.

Walked in and ordered a birthday surprise and 10 minutes later left amazed.
We called ahead to see if there was anything premade that we could grab and go to take to someone in a nursing home. We were assured that this location could accommodate us. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and all of our needs were met in a timely fashion and with kind words and a smile! We strongly recommend this Edible Arrangement location on 3 Chopt Rd. You won’t be disappointed.

Not a good experience for picking up for Mother’s Day gave phone number and confirmation still had trouble after several times repeating phone number and name. Hopefully next time be a batter experience. Remind you I called ahead to make sure it was ready.
Came in last minute on Mother’s Day and had a wide assortment of edible arrangements. Attendant was very courteous, patient, and helpful. Was able to customize to my needs.
