Came with my best friend. We did mimosas flight spiked and eggs Benedict. I can’t remember what she had but food was great. We sat at the bar and bartender was very nice and helpful. This was my second time going and I would again !
This spot delivers a good breakfast experience with great service. They've got all the traditional breakfast items, but also some really creative spins on French toast and pancakes. If you love a sweet start to your day, you'll be happy with the many choices here. We felt well taken care of by the staff.
The cost of some of the meals made sense considering the preparation and what was put in there, such as crab meat; however, the quality did not hit the mark for me. I got the bene-duck and my grandmother got the shrimp and crab omelet. To start off with my dish, the presentation was decent. The potatoes were inconsistent in that some were slightly soggier/less crispy by a large margin than others, and it needed a bit more salt. The salad (greens as they oddly call it in a southern state) was okay. It felt unnecessary on the plate and caused the some of the potatoes to become soggy. The Benedict with duck was not that great. The French croissant was very brown and at the BOTTOM of the Benedict. The duck confit tasted a bit too heavy, but the eggs were perfectly poached. Overall, my meal was adequate but probably not worth $23. Maybe if I had some alcohol it would have tasted better. My grandmother's dish was not to her standards. She will not be coming back. In the omelet you could clearly see it was not mixed properly and honestly lazily done. I could not tell if it was a French or American omelet. The pesto was an unnecessary addition. It made the omelet very oily. The crab did not taste very good in her opinion. Lastly, the service was okay but slow for a restaurant with no one in it. The waiter did not even know if they serve real crab meat! To top it all off there is an automatic tip that is not obvious. Maybe there was a sign but we did not see it.
Food is always amazing. They are always kind and sweet. Definitely somewhere I'll be taking family when they visit.
We popped in here coming for a day trip from Charlottesville and didn’t regret it! Yum! The food was clearly very fresh and well prepared. It was one of the best Nashville hot chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. My dad raved about the Huevos rancheros too. Our server and his trainee were really friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place!
The food was really good. I had the shrimp and grits (fantastic). My children had pancakes and French toast. Those were yummy also. We went on Father's Day, which was kind of busy and it didn't seem like they were properly staffed. Despite the rush, our waitress did well.
It’s enjoyable to have dinner! Very respectful personal, quiet atmosphere and a very delicious food.
The prices was ridiculously expensive for breakfast. The food was good but not that good to pay $120
This is a popular place with an extensive menu of breakfast & brunch options, The food was cold, but tasty. The service was slow. A 20% gratuity is added for each customer. They honor military with a discount of asked.

So it took us a while to try this place because we thought it was just egg stuff. Hahaa! To our surprise, there's so much more! One day we went to Latitude Seafood Co at Stony Point Fashion Park and they were super busy and it was pretty loud that day. (I have a review for there too) Anyway, we decided to try Eggspectation since it was right across the way in walking distance. We were so glad we tried something new!! Our waitress was wonderful, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and our food was absolutely delicious!! We have now put this place in our rotation of restaurants! While they also have outdoor seating, we have yet to sit outside. The inside is really cute and comfortable and the menu has a good selection for everyone. Don't pass up on walking through Stony Point either. Several other restaurants and stores are located there. But this particular place should most definitely be on your "must try" list! It's so good!!

It took 5min to be greeted, they dropped off a straw but no water, didn’t ask for drinks or starters, and then left for 10min and finally returned with menus, then another 10 before taking an order. It wasn’t busy, and 3 servers were chitchatting at the host stand while we waited. For such a nice looking place with such good looking food that patrons pay top dollar for, it doesn’t make a bit of difference if the service doesn’t ever show up to bring it to the customer. Oh, and 20% gratuity is included in the check regardless of whether they do their job so they have zero incentive and it shows.

Their extensive menu was a surprise! I assumed they were a breakfast or egg based restaurant 😆 Let me tell you, they serve so much more than what's eggspected 😉 I ordered the blackened salmon tacos and a side of macaroni n' cheese. The tacos with mango salsa were amazing 😋🤤 and the macaroni was okay. Staff were very polite and patient! All in all, we had a great experience!

Great food! First time visiting from Chesapeake. Shopping at Saks and went for brunch/lunch. Eclectic menu and delicious food. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again when passing thru that area.

Very disappointed. Ordered a latte came with whipped cream and I asked to get another one with no whipped cream. Ended up canceling my order because it took more than 30 minutes to get my coffee.
