Love the bagels in the morning. The staff is great and the coffee hot. Can't ask for more.

Over charged me for 6 bagels.
Cashier didn't ring order up. Just gave me a $.
Ripped off. Not going there again.
For those that deliver/order through delivery services: the pin is incorrectly placed in the neighborhood behind the store. If you’ve never been here and there’s construction (like there is most days), that makes it difficult to navigate a pick-up. I asked someone at the counter about it and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve worked retail and food service: always choose kindness. It takes 0 seconds to be nice and infinitely more to be hateful.
Parking: The store is in the middle of a split roadway. You’ll have to park on either side as there is no direct line to the store.

Great food but upity neighborhood. Also the new cold brew basically was cream. Easily fixed with the coffee available. Just a heads up I guess.

So fast and excellent customer service! Love sitting outside in front of the store, but I’m happy they are letting people sit inside now, too. Gives it a much warmer vibe!
A wonderful place for bagels, breakfast, coffee, and meeting friends to catch up. I hadn't been here in years because I'm gluten intolerant, but I decided to take a pill and have a bagel and "shmear" (as they call it) anyway, and it was worth it. They have a great variety of bagels, although I do miss the cinnamon crunch flavor I used to get here. It was phenomenal. I didn't sit out on the patio since it was 97° out, but on nice days, that's always a pleasure.

Posted a picture on their site. Should be ashamed sending (much less selling) food from your establishment that looks like this.

With the dining room now open and the new maple house egg sandwich, this is a good place with a good atmosphere and good service!

Out of bagels at 10:30am on Mother’s Day. I get you’ve been busy but didn’t you anticipate that? Make more. Do better.
I haven't been in an Einstein's for about 17 years. I used to go there regularly when I lived in AZ, but this is the first one that I have seen on the East coast.I came upon it by accident, and was super excited!! Of course I had to eat there. Things have changed quite a bit. They no longer offer salads, and my favorite schmear of sundried tomato is no longer available. I settled for an Asiago cheese bagel with the garden veggie schmear, and my son had the pizza bagel.Unfortunately, my bagel was stale, and they barely put any cream cheese on it at all.Why are things always so much better in memory?
