Horrible first experience with the brand. Customer service is very much lacking and they did not do anything to accommodate the misinformation I was given by their employee on-site.

The inside of the bagel was soft, but the outside was hard. For the price, I’d much prefer going to the grocery store in the same plaza to purchase a whole bag of softer bagels.

The customer service has left the building. Manager C spoke to me as if he were annoyed that he was there to work. I was so shocked he was the manager because the way he handles himself and his attitude was shocking. Really disappointed, and I hope it improves because i used to love coming here.

Every time I visit this location, the food is absolutely delicious and always fresh. I usually order the All-Nighter breakfast sandwich (I’m still learning all the menu names), and it’s prepared just the way I like it. A friendly team member even let me know about signing up for rewards to earn points toward my balance, which was a nice touch.

Their selection of fresh pastries and bagels is huge—you’ll have a hard time choosing just one. I haven’t tried a plain bagel with cream cheese yet, but it’s on my list for next time. I’ve also had their caramel frappuccino, and it’s amazing—the coffee tastes fresh, the flavor of the beans really comes through, and it’s always beautifully presented.

Highly recommend this location for great food, friendly service, and plenty of tasty options.

went there today at about 8:45 am. No customer service..when we walked up to the counter, the employee just looked at us, never said a word...I had asked for butter on the side, it was on the bagel and so much I could scrape a huge amount of, and the bagels were barely toasted...No customer service at all from any of the employees. The employee at the cash register was using his bare hands to check order, reaching into bags and picking up peoples bagels without gloves on. Everyone seem to not want to be working today. Will not go to this location again.

I just had to give your employee, “DJ” the attention he deserves. I ordered on DoorDash and the Dasher delivered the wrong order. DJ went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the correct order. Without a doubt, I’m sure he’s the best employee you have there. DJ thank You so much for your professionalism and top-tier customer service! If you’re not a manager or haven’t received a raise, You deserve it! You’re awesome!

Every single time I’ve been there has been an issue with my food. Today I said my order 2 separate times, confirmed it on the screen and it still came out wrong and missing elements. Ordered an iced drink - they made it hot. When I corrected that it should be iced they poured my steaming hot drink over ice…resulting in a watered down coffee. $30 for a mediocre at best bagel and watered coffee is criminal.

This place is great! They are friendly and patient. One thing tho, I think they use less cheese on the Asiago bagels. Also, sometimes they are very brown. I have had pretty much every bagel and they are all good. Except for those few exceptions.

For those that deliver/order through delivery services: the pin is incorrectly placed in the neighborhood behind the store. If you’ve never been here and there’s construction (like there is most days), that makes it difficult to navigate a pick-up. I asked someone at the counter about it and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve worked retail and food service: always choose kindness. It takes 0 seconds to be nice and infinitely more to be hateful.

Parking: The store is in the middle of a split roadway. You’ll have to park on either side as there is no direct line to the store.
