The service here has never been great, but it has hit a new low. Today, only one employee, who has very poor customer service skills (which I observed with him on multiple occasions). He told us how the district manager ran off the store manager, so they literally have no manager and apparently have not for awhile, and for breakfast rush only 2 people were scheduled and one did not show up. Always hit or miss. Gotta watch this crew. There often seems to be one thing wrong... not toasted, wrong cream cheese.... something. Make sure you double check your order at the store and not when you arrive at work. Better still..... pick another store than Gayton. That said.... they are often nice.
