The two workers combined would not be able to screw in a lightbulb, much less follow the instructions on the screen for making a bagel sandwich 3. For both of these reasons, we ended up being in the store for 1 hr when it shouldve been 15 min max

This place reminds me of home. NYC its like they know exactly how to make every order I ask for to perfection. A bit pricey but everything is these days. Definitely my go to spot.

Wanted to say what a great job the GM, Chris at the Gayton Location in Richmond, Va did. Placed and order online last night and there was a glitch. He flagged it, found a solution and executed on it.

The bagel was really tasty and felt like the ingredients were very fresh.The salmon felt like it was not stale all.The attitude however of the person at the counter was ridiculous.I told her i have never been to this franchise ;rather than saying let me walk you through she goes ohh and frowns 🙄I am never coming back because of that attitude .The guy who was making the order was however was very sweet

Only one person working during peak time. I also asked for no smear on my sandwich and got it anyway THREE DAYS in a row. Also tried to pay with gift card and they had no idea how to use it. Despite the cashier providing me with a balance receipt that said $15.88 left on the card, they said there was no available money on it the next day. Frustrating and disappointing.

It isn't often the friendliest place, but the food is great when they actually make what you order. Last time I went I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich.... ordered 2 eggs, got 1... asked for no aioli, add veggie cream cheese instead, got aioli... asked for capers, got none. So I paid extra for my sandwich and got the basic one... not exactly happy about that. Butttttt, on my birthday last year, they gave me a free meal and drink twice that day when I was working nearby.. so I didn't complain this time. I just went about my day.

Muffins and cookies I feel are a bit overpriced. The Bengals are very nice and I think the bagels are fair price. A regular cup of coffee is that a good price as well as other cups of coffee that might be enchanted. All in all the place is very clean great atmosphere friendly staff. I do recommend others to go because they might have a different opinion. They close at 2:00 p.m.
