Love the bagels! 🥯 My fav one yet is Jalapeno and cheese bagel. There are many varieties of coffee as well. Best on the go breakfast option.
The order could take a little while most of the time though.. like 15 mins or longer. They are pretty busy and baking in batches as they sell out. So the best way for me is to order on phone before I go, so that I don’t have to wait long.

I love this Einstein's. I use the app and order ahead and it is always ready and includes what I needed. (Side note: The chain's menu keeps getting better in my opinion.) The staff are friendly and efficient, though sometimes understaffed, like everywhere it seems. Only note I have is the floor/bathroom is sometimes in need of cleaning.

Einstein Bagels does not care about its customers. A couple of weeks ago I order the breakfast or brunch box and weve ordered that same box many times before but this time it was unsatisfactory. I put in a request online (explaining in detail the issue with the food) with them for a refund and didnt hear back. And if they tried to call me they didnt leave a message. Then i sent another request but didnt hear back and recently a third request for a refund but have yet to hear back. Does not care about its customers or quality of food. Were never ordering from then again and will be making further complaints across social media.
Einstein Bros. Bagels has yet to resolve this issue. I reached out again and again and still not resolution. 2/16/25
It is 2/26/25 and the issue still isnt resolved.

Delicious... my 2nd experience getting a bagel with 2 perfectly fried eggs and bacon! And... so much better than waiting 30 minutes at Panara and paying more💲for a microwaved egg and bacon bagel. 😊

Super sweet staff! I accidentally grabbed the wrong order and when I brought it back they immediately made mine. They were super understanding and kind about the mistake. The food was also delicious! Will definitely come here again!

Fantastic weekend crew! I left my bag behind and they kept it safe for me! Always greatest with a smile.
Waited 10 minutes to order while three staff behind the counter didn’t acknowledge the growing line behind me. Finally one of them said “I’ll be with y’all in a second,” as she walked away into the back and the other two employees stood there and did nothing. I left.

As say earlier whenever I visit Richmond VA I never forget to visit this place to get Green chilli Bagle and ofcourse other items too, again they have set up tables so visitors can enjoy food, The quality of food is always good, Staff members are very cooperative and helpful, neat and clean place, Really Appreciate
Vegetarian options: They understand the need for pure vegetarian's
Parking: Parking spaces are Both side of restaurant so no need to worrying about parking
Kid-friendliness: One can bring kids and families as very good place

In the past six months, I can say without a doubt that this location has made 1000% turnaround and service is way quicker than it used to be
The change in management has renewed this place and made it way better and as a long time client such as myself, I can confidently say it’s the best one in the area now.
