Very good pizza for 5 stars but some of the employees have smart mouths which deserves 1 star for people skills.

I just went to the West Broad Street location and they were closed. I called the number on the door and it was not in service. Pretty odd for 1PM on a Thursday. Is this location permanently closed?

I was excited to try this place. Unfortunately upon arrival my optimism went downhill fast. My experience was bad service and pizza that was not that great. They messed up my order so I had to wait longer for them to get it right and when they finally got it right it was a bit of a letdown. There are definitely much better pizza places in town.

We came to this place for the first time tonight and we are very disappointed. We ordered $29 worth of food and it was subpar. The food was NOT worth it. We am never coming back here. First off, the soda machine was out and when I told someone about it, they offered me a bottled drink but with no refills. When we finally got our food, most of it was wrong and part of the order was missing. When I talked to the same person again, he sprinkled what was missing on my pizza and I finally got a depressing plate of wings. These chickens were tortured and starved before they made their way to this place. These were the tiniest, malnourished wings. After looking at the disappointing, I assure you that the prices are ridiculous. I highly doubt that they can honestly say that they are using the finest ingredients because that is the only way that they can rectify those prices. I seriously would have rather brought pizza and wings from 711 !!!

Normally the pizza is really good, but this time Saturday 12-30 we ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was just ok and I think it's b/c I was really hungry, otherwise I probably wouldn't have eaten it, and the wings were kinda soggy

Worst delivery experience ever. I ordered at 7:30 pm waiting and expecting I will be receiving two cal zones and a cheesecake, but instead I have to call three times asking where my order is each hour. Finally, at 10:30 pm the manager tells me they can not send the order since the SLICE app stops delivery at 10:30 pm. I am happy I got my money back, but I guess my order was not necessary to the foolishness that was happening at the restaurant. This is unacceptable and unprofessional being that I have read great reviews from this place and my first time ordering from here.

Omg their pizza is extremely delicious one try and your hooked. They also have some of the best vegan options available. The staff is freindly and they have specials for college students as well. This location is always clean and the staff is always freindly. I highly recommend you checking them out if pizza is on the menu tonight.
