I went with my bf a few days ago and I was served by a very kind girl named Kat/Cat—the food and atmosphere was great but she was really the icing on the cake. Very polite and a good conversationalist, give her a raise!! lol
This was probably a 3.5 for me but I leaned into 4 for the large portion sizes. This is a busy place and definitely very popular for Chinese American food. I tried the Veggie Spring Rolls which were perfectly crisp and flavorful, no criticism from me. Then had the Basil Beef which also had good flavor and beef that was cooked very well. Lastly, Tangerine Chicken, which frankly was underwhelming for me and I personally would have rather eaten orange chicken from Panda Express....
Fat Dragon is... Fine? Honestly many of the dishes are on par with a local Chinese takeout place. The only difference is Fat Dragon is far more expensive for what you get, service can be super slow, and it's always packed, so hard to get a table.
