Somehow cookies from Fat Rabbit showed up in my break room at work today, and mother of god, they're SO good. I'll definitely be making a trip to visit in person, soon!

Despite every good coffee shop carrying Blanchards, including this one, somehow the same coffee tastes worlds better than anywhere else I’ve tried. The plain drip is life changing and I suspect it’s due to the high quality oat milk that they carry and keep well iced.

Every single thing I’ve ordered here has been 10/10. The prices are reasonable and the space is well lit and fun. This place brightens my mood every time I come.

I finally ordered Fat Rabbit for my birthday cake and it was even better than I hoped! Probably the best buttercream I’ve ever had - silky, light, and not too sweet. And the cake was decorated so beautifully!

Not local, but I'm guessing this place always has a line out the door! It's worth the wait if you have the time, lovely, fresh baked pastries and yummy coffee. The employee's are kind and the vibe is homey. Great place!

Not sure why they won’t just replace the bathroom doorknob that’s falling apart. It’s an easy and inexpensive fix yet customers keep having to put it back together which hurts the experience.

Fat Rabbit is one of my favorite coffee shops/bakeries in Richmond. The vibe inside is great and I just realized recently that they have an outdoor patio! Any of their baked goods are amazing, I love the quiche and the hop tarts!

Couldnt tell you if the cakes are any good. I called to ask about ordering a cake. The lady I spoke with was very snippy and told me I should have checked the website. I guess customer service really is dead. She was too busy to take my order but I guess I have plenty of time to parouse their site for info.
I called WPA next. They were super polite and even though they were technically booked for the date I needed she went and asked if they could squeeze me in since I was ordering a plain basic cake, even before she knew it was for my pre-operation party.
Cool name, Fat Rabbit, but your lack of service will get you nowhere.

Love their berry hoptarts, brownies and granola.

Came here because I've heard about it, and I was not disappointed! The staff are so friendly and the baked goods are not only gorgeous, but super delicious! The seasonal strawberry vanilla latte is so good and the French press coffee pairs nicely with everything. Stop in! Treat yourself!

Overrated cakes - had the lemon curd and olive-oil blueberry. I can make a better cake a home. The lemon curd was hardly lemony (probably skimped on rind, used whole eggs etcs), the buttercream bland (for the price I expect no skimping on extract), and the cake layers too dense and glutinous - they're using the wrong flour or skimping on butter. The blueberry olive-oil was better. At least neither was cloyingly sweet. Really wanted to try the carrot cake, but overall save your money and go to WPA Bakery - better value less hype. The gluten-free shortbread scone was good though. Maybe they serve the practice cakes by the slice and save the good exemplars for the weddings etc.

Fat Rabbit never disappoints! The customer service is always amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their food is top quality, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. But the real stars? The bakery items. The cakes, in particular, are out of this world. Always grateful for this incredible team and the love they put into everything they do
