Been here a few times and they always deliver on the service and the food is always top notch. Tried brunch this time and the hot honey biscuit is definitely worth checking out!

The female manager at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was rude, calling me a Spanish slur when I mentioned an order issue. She was condescending, offered no apology, and the lack of AC made it worse. Despite decent food, I won’t return.

How can a high-end restaurant not fix its air conditioner? This has been going on for too long. As I read the reviews, it's been a problem for over a month. I will not return. I will go to Short Pump, where the air-conditioning works.

This was our first visit to Firebirds but it definitely won't be our last. The restaurant has a modern yet warm and welcoming vibe with excellent service. We enjoyed delicious steak and seafood dinners. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, the seafood was nice and fresh, and everything, including the vegetables, were seasoned nicely. Overall, it's a great family friendly restaurant that's also perfect for date night as well.

I've alway enjoy the food and frequently dine at this restaurant. My favorite dish is the Colorado Chicken Salad. But something was off this evening. The salad had no color, only light green and brown. And the chicken, which is usually tender and well seasoned, was dry and tasteless. Something was definitely off this evening.

Our party of 4 all decided on the 3 course dinner. Portions were generous and food was good. It's a good deal.

The food was great. There is a variety of menu items to choose from. The customer service by the staff was great.

We went here for a birthday and it turned out great. Everyone has a great meal and our server, Jacob, was wonderful!

First time goers! Super nice waiter. Loved my husband got the crème brûlée and a signed card from you guys for his birthday! So sweet. Lovely food and margaritas was so good! Will come back!!

Scheduled for a work luncheon. A/C was out so it was hot despite fans. Other than that great food and service.

Just a minor issue with the timing of our 1st course salads coming out at the same time as our entrees. Otherwise, the food and service were quite good.
