poor customer service. unclean. multiple people working at least 5. no one can clean or wipe the drink station or the soda machine. Hardly anyone dining in. No one in line. yet im refused the deal i drove all the way there for just to be told " No". The policy's in place just to use a deal are for buffet restaurants because there u cannot take food to go. But, when did Firehouse subs turn into a buffet? because i cant take any of my food home? Firehouse subs is normally pretty good so i thought I'd order a meatball sub. I was so disappointed that i had to throw it away. No sauce, hard meatballs, little cheese.. and that all they had on it. I liked nothing about this sandwich
