I don't know what it is about this particular store I have been to other stores and order the same thing and it is nowhere near as good as it is here The roast beef is tougher at other locations I don't know why.

I just tried to order a tuna sub at this location, which I've gotten several times before and each other time the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. This time the lettuce was brown and slimy. I was told by who I assume is the manager that the lettuce is never going to be better than that, and I know that isn't true because I've gotten sandwiches here and at other places with fresh lettuce literally hundreds of times in my life. He offered to remake it, but what is the point if the lettuce is all the same? This is the second time I've been to a Firehouse Subs with this exact issue. Apparently food safety and offering a quality product isn't as much of a concern as saving a few dollars on a new head of iceberg lettuce is?

I did that annoying thing where I accidentally showed up as they were closing. They were gracious enough to still let me in and get a sub. Staff was so nice and in good spirits- shop was immaculately clean and the food was amazing. First time in a firehouse sub and I’ll definitely be back. Whoever was working evening shift 11-30-2024 deserves all the praise and raise.

Shannon and DJ have been crafting some subs with love. Not that lazy get by with the best you can effort. They really hold it down with the details compared to any other firehouse around. I’ve ordered 10 plus times in the last 6 weeks and the 8 times I’ve ordered from the Shiela lane location the food has just HIT different.
