I placed my order online was charged for the purchase. I came into the store as a PAYING customer was told they never received my order. I showed them my online receipt of the order and payment they refused to make my order. Only one gentleman(there were three men) seemed to understand my confusion on why I couldn't get the item I PAID for...he was immediately reprimanded in front of me and other customers. The guy DJ begins telling him about people stealing food very unprofessional I speak up and how am I stealing with a receipt for payment and with a certain time says I'm talking to him not you..it gets to a point where DJ raises his voice at me. I asked numerous times for a corporate number so I can get this resolved immediately (because if I leave how do I know the staff will be honest about me not receiving my order )DJ says it's my responsibility to prove that...and he told me to Google the corporate number . Imagine being treated like you're wrong for wanting the product you PAID for. I work in the service industry there is no way the company I work for would ever allowed a paying customer to leave without their product! I know it's a big company and my little money won't mean much to them but I will never patronize Firehouse ever again. I just hope if this happens to another customer the store handles it better not everyone will be as calm or understanding.

It’s July 1 I believe around 115. The three fellows that were working at this firehouse subs were so awesome! Kind efficient the restaurant was clean. I love firehouse subs they’re delicious; And I’d appreciate being taken care of.

Best Firehouse Subs in the area. I’ve been to other locations with different owners, and they lack the quality this location always maintains. We go out of our way to order here because it’s consistently well made, and delicious. My partner is gluten free, and they always make sure he gets what he ordered. They have two regular guys working there, if you see those you guys rock!

I just tried to order a tuna sub at this location, which I've gotten several times before and each other time the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. This time the lettuce was brown and slimy. I was told by who I assume is the manager that the lettuce is never going to be better than that, and I know that isn't true because I've gotten sandwiches here and at other places with fresh lettuce literally hundreds of times in my life. He offered to remake it, but what is the point if the lettuce is all the same? This is the second time I've been to a Firehouse Subs with this exact issue. Apparently food safety and offering a quality product isn't as much of a concern as saving a few dollars on a new head of iceberg lettuce is?

I did that annoying thing where I accidentally showed up as they were closing. They were gracious enough to still let me in and get a sub. Staff was so nice and in good spirits- shop was immaculately clean and the food was amazing. First time in a firehouse sub and I’ll definitely be back. Whoever was working evening shift 11-30-2024 deserves all the praise and raise.
