I hadn't been to a firehouse subs and a long time, but we decided to go. Everything was good... No issues to speak of. The staff was really attentive and great young kids. The food came out exactly how we ordered it. If you want a quick sub , go to Firehouse subs. It's much better than Subway!

I've been a FhS regular for a few years now, and since the move to VA, this is usually the most convenient location for me.
The employees at this location have always been quick and polite, in my experience.
My usuals are the Hook and Ladder or the Engineer. He likes the meatball sub. He says it's even better with the pepperoni! I'm not usually a pickle person, but I actually like these.
I'm generally pretty forgiving of minor changes. My boy, though, he's a little picky.. so we gotta know. Is this meatball change going to be permanent? Not a fan. Even the dog objected.
Parking: I've seen this lot get "busy", but even so, I've never had a hard time parking.
DO NOT GO HERE!! SCREWED UP THE ORDER!! CHARGED ME FOR FOOD I DIDN'T GET. THEN I GET EXCUSES WHEN I CALL ABOUT IT!! I'M FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE STATE AS WE SPEAK.

The managers are really friendly and spread that to the rest of their team and they are just good people...food is solid and they pile the meat on!! I got the large and it was definitely a 1/2 pound(they weighed the fresh meat right then and there) of meaty deliciousness!! The NY steamer, Italian, engineer, oohhh, and smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket are all great too!!!
