The greeting and engagement with customers has been declining and the food quality is just not what it used to be. I received my sandwich today, got it home and it tasted like nothing. The bread was also stale on one side and I couldn’t even eat it.

This place was dirty, midday on a Sunday and they were not particularly busy. The soda dispenser, counters, bathroom, and other surfaces seem that they had not been wiped down in days. In the bathroom, both the soap dispenser and the paper towel dispenser were broken. The women's bathroom was marked as employees only for some reason. My specialty sandwich just had meat, cheese, and mayonnaise without the additional ingredients. The staff members did their job but were completely listless. If you really need a firehouse sub, go a little further north to the Virginia Center Commons location.

We ordered the medium Club on a Sub, and the medium Firehouse Steak & Cheese, both on wheat. Our subs were delicious, and we enjoyed every bite! We will be going back to the Parham One Firehouse Subs again!

Hopeless Devotion
Whoever was working at 2pm today needs some more training. I called to put in an order and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and no answered. They literally picked up the phone and hung up so that the ringing would stop. Horrible customer service.
