Today we dined in for a quick meal. The ladies here are so nice and the food came out quick and delicious. 5 STARS Clean bathroom and the hot sauce bar was awesome!

I emailed about an issue I had, and was told a manager would be in touch. its been a whole month. I will never go back to this location. poor customer service and my sandwich was not heated up .

Called multiple times, got no answer at 8:30 Arrived at 8:50 to find 2 employees sitting at tables on their phones doing nothing, stating they’re “closed” and can’t do anything but wait till 9:00PM when they close????what happened to good business? Lazy employees.

Will never order from firehouse again I have tired to order 2 from firehouse and the first time the bread was burnt second time my order was completely incorrect and the store was closed so I was out of luck

If your drink machine is down, any reasonable business would offer up bottled drinks for the combo deal. Instead, y'all decided that combos were off the table and anyone that wanted chips and a drink with their sandwich would have to pay for all three separately. That's just the scummiest business decision you could have made.

And then on top of that to get one of our orders wrong and put our sandwiches up on the counter without a word, and not even know which sandwich was which when I went to get them myself (don't most Firehouse locations bring it to you? It wasn't even busy...), idk y'all, I'm just not impressed. I normally like Firehouse but this location doesn't seem to give a single hoot about their customers.

Beautiful outdoor seating area with tables, unfortunately no chairs to use and table surfaces were dirty - hope they clean them soon so all can enjoy!
