Will never order from firehouse again I have tired to order 2 from firehouse and the first time the bread was burnt second time my order was completely incorrect and the store was closed so I was out of luck

If your drink machine is down, any reasonable business would offer up bottled drinks for the combo deal. Instead, y'all decided that combos were off the table and anyone that wanted chips and a drink with their sandwich would have to pay for all three separately. That's just the scummiest business decision you could have made.

And then on top of that to get one of our orders wrong and put our sandwiches up on the counter without a word, and not even know which sandwich was which when I went to get them myself (don't most Firehouse locations bring it to you? It wasn't even busy...), idk y'all, I'm just not impressed. I normally like Firehouse but this location doesn't seem to give a single hoot about their customers.

Beautiful outdoor seating area with tables, unfortunately no chairs to use and table surfaces were dirty - hope they clean them soon so all can enjoy!

Love their subs, and I love what they stand for. They support firefighters.

Vegetarian options: Just don't add meat, you could also leave off the cheese, but it still wouldn't work for vegans. Probably eggs and milk in the bread

service was so bad stood there for 20 minutes before someone came out the back to wait on me with three others behind me the guy making my sub had hair past his shoulders hanging over my food when he was preparing it worse experience i have ever had at firehouse

Came in around lunch time on a Sunday, it was busy but not packed. There were several employees, 3-4, and my god these people had no desire to do anything. We waited over about 45 minutes for our food. Two sandwiches. There were only a few people ahead of us and they weren’t getting their food either. The employees would only make the online orders and then somehow forget they were at work?? No one had any sense of urgency. Several employees genuinely acted like it was their first time ever having job and genuinely had no idea what was working on. One employee was too busy talking to their mom to do their job (?) not sure why employees are messing around at work instead of doing their job

Love the food! This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in. I have been going here for years and have always found a clean environment and ladies room.

Parking: In a shopping center..parking plentiful.

Kid-friendliness: Fire hats for kids and reasonable menu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of this Firehouse Subs, and plenty of space to maneuver inside.
