I can't speak about the food, perhaps it is of high quality, the reality is that they didn't even give me and my wife that option when we decided to visit the Staple Mills Rd location in Henrico, today, Sunday, March 24th around 5:00pm. The clerk who ran the place did not deign, first, to even return the Good Afternoon greeting and second, even though we were unaware of this lack of education, he did not deign to ask us even the classic question: do you want something? We stayed for a couple of minutes trying to understand what was happening, we hadn't said a word and the way they ignored us was abysmal. I don't know the staff that works there, in fact it was the first time we decided to visit this restaurant, of course after this experience, we will not return. I don't know what the problem was with the person who was running the place at that time, but evidently his intention was not to do his job with us, perhaps our accent didn't seem right to him, although our English was so fluent, I don't know, such an attitude. derogatory puts things in your head, which I am not going to list. In summary, my call to the management about the staff they hire because attitudes like this only detract and affect the establishments. I live in the area and I will not hesitate to share my experience with everyone I know; attitudes like this should be required, even if there are no consequences.

We came in shortly before closing at around 8:40. The two employees were friendly and did not show any irritation of us coming in so late. The food was good and we were clearly at the end of our meal and about to leave even the young man approached our table. He said “we close at 9:00 and I have to lock up because I have some place to go”. And just like that he kicked us out. ?

The best New York steamer I've had since the franchise has opened. The manager made the sandwich like it was her own.
Love firehouse subs, I have the app so I always pre order. Food is waiting for me when I get there. If you want meat on your sub, you have to try firehouse. The other sub place just gives you bread. This is the best sub shop.
