Firehouse Subs Courthouse Crossing

BEWARE! This company along with its owner David Judy took financing from us and has refused to repay their legal obligation. They have been avoiding all communication despite our legal efforts. If this is how they do business I would warn everyone to be very cautious.

Employees were nice but the store was so dirty. I was the only person in there and the dining area tables were dirty, trash and food on the ground, floors in general were gross, glass door was smeared with fingerprints.

It just was unappealing. Got home and the sandwich was subpar. Bread tastes stale but honestly felt like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place turned me off the food.

Every time I come to this Firehouse Subs, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the food and service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Firehouse Subs to anyone.

This was a great experience! The food was great and the service also. The staff work very hard and keep the place super clean. I was so impressed with the fact that the young man there was cleaning the bottom pane of glass including the trim. Great attention to detail cleaning which makes me believe this is how they take care of the whole restaurant. Good job guys!

They were out of ingredients. The service is terrible as the employees were too focused on talking to friends that came in the restaurant than to serve us.

The friendly crew at the Courthouse and Busy street location,makes a differance. The subs were great. The young man John, even brought our food to our table. Can't wait for the Cuban to come back.

I ve been coming to this location once every few weeks for about a year.
It has been worse every time.
Today was the last. Awful sandwich. The service was rude. The person acted as if he was inconvenienced to take my order.
The sandwich had to have 3 tablespoons of Mayo on it.
Last time here.
It s a shame, I really like what they should be.
Unfortunately this seems to be the trend.
Maybe some district managers should be paying closer attention.
Or replaced.

i love one sub in particular and i get it every once in a while. today they gave me the wrong sub by mistake and i didnt realize until i got home. i didnt like the one they gave me so i went back, they were very apologetic and really sped up getting me the right one. accidents happen, they had great customer service afterward which made me happy. ill keep coming here. thanks guys. i wouldve eaten the other one, but i tried and really didnt like it. plus i was so excited for my favorite

Food was cold which was unfortunate

I ordered a club sub from doordash and I'm going to VIP member, this is the sub I received nowhere near a club song Just ham and cheese I'm so glad your dad gave me a credit cuz I was going to write them up chew them out they need to do better I don't know if the night time crew is getting high or what up but they never send myself like that so disappointed highly!
