Firehouse Subs Courthouse Crossing

The friendly crew at the Courthouse and Busy street location,makes a differance. The subs were great. The young man John, even brought our food to our table. Can't wait for the Cuban to come back.

I ve been coming to this location once every few weeks for about a year.
It has been worse every time.
Today was the last. Awful sandwich. The service was rude. The person acted as if he was inconvenienced to take my order.
The sandwich had to have 3 tablespoons of Mayo on it.
Last time here.
It s a shame, I really like what they should be.
Unfortunately this seems to be the trend.
Maybe some district managers should be paying closer attention.
Or replaced.

i love one sub in particular and i get it every once in a while. today they gave me the wrong sub by mistake and i didnt realize until i got home. i didnt like the one they gave me so i went back, they were very apologetic and really sped up getting me the right one. accidents happen, they had great customer service afterward which made me happy. ill keep coming here. thanks guys. i wouldve eaten the other one, but i tried and really didnt like it. plus i was so excited for my favorite

Food was cold which was unfortunate

I ordered a club sub from doordash and I'm going to VIP member, this is the sub I received nowhere near a club song Just ham and cheese I'm so glad your dad gave me a credit cuz I was going to write them up chew them out they need to do better I don't know if the night time crew is getting high or what up but they never send myself like that so disappointed highly!

1 of the Workers was very rude. And judged me on my looks. He told me even though I looked professional I could still steal from the store. He hurried me to pay for my food while I was getting my drinks. I have gone to this restaurant many times. With this employee working there they have lost my business. Will never return ever again. Be mindful of rude obnoxious employee working at the counter.

I tried and tried to like firehouse subs. I’ve gone countless times at this point. The most recent and last time I will ever order from them - I put no cheese on the order. I have a dairy allergy, I cannot eat a sandwich with cheese, my husband can eat cheese. As the picture shows, 2 sandwiches both the exact same - covered in cheese and not toasted.

Every single time I’ve gone to either location in the area, my order is incorrect, the sandwich is *never* toasted, at all. Prior to this I went in person months ago and had to ask 3 times to “keep toasting the bread please” until it was actually yellowed and a little browned on the edges. When a sandwich is toasted, it should have a crispy crunch. These sandwiches are always wet and squishy.

I’m really disappointed because I’ve wanted to like this place. The lack of toasting, despite the name, the lack of respect for what a customer requests, & potentially endangering customers with food allergies - I’ll just go to jersey Mike’s or wawa from now on, cheaper too.

I got the tuna sub but without bread. With a little extra lettuce and extra toppings it turned into quite the salad. It tasted amazing and was a great lunch portion. The only issue is that with a drink and chips it came up on $15 which isn't great for a regular lunch. It just happened that this one was within walking distance while my car was in the shop.

Just picked up to ham and provolone subs. Got home and they were grilled. I never said grill it. I just wanted a ham and cheese with tomat and mayo . Simple.

Asked for a build your own. Didn't come with everything I ordered. The guy behind the counter was barely paying attention and didn't seem to care at all. My other sandwich was supposed to be hot but I drove just a couple minutes away to start eating and it was already cold. So not sure if my sandwich was even cooked enough. Won't be going back to this location.
